New 7 bdrm home (sleeps 28) w/ amazing lake views, hot tub, fire pit, playground

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house was immaculate. So tastefully done, warm and inviting without any unnecessary fluff. We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary and had a full house for a 4 night stay, yet everyone had plenty of space. The game room was a huge favorite with the kids, with plenty of choices for ages 5 to 77. The large tables upstairs and outside were great for accommodating games so everyone had a seat plus room for snacks. Several enjoyed the hot tub as a great way to wind down. The living areas had plenty of seating for everyone to gather around for a late-night Christmas movie or two. The kitchen was fully equipped for easy meal prep and the two fridges were greatly appreciated. While Branson has loads of attractions, we were having so much fun, we didn't feel the need to leave the house. I certainly hope I don't have to wait another 50 years for such a great, stress free gathering.

We had a wonderful stay! The views were breathtaking—waking up each morning felt like stepping into a postcard. The location was perfect.Inside the house, there was no shortage of fun. From the entertainment options to the huge TVs, every detail was designed for comfort and enjoyment. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Cleanliness was top-notch, everything felt fresh and well cared for. The host was responsive and welcoming, always available to answer questions and ensure my stay was smooth. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, entertainment, and stunning surroundings!

House was in great shape and plenty of space for our group of 15 with room for more. Communication from host was clear and efficient. Ran into an issue with the Roku on all of the TV’s but host was quick to respond.

We took a group of 25 and it was a great time. Would definitely go back!

We enjoyed the game room the most. House had a great view with wonderful setup to enjoy the porches. House very convenient to Big Cedar Lodge; Top of the Rock; Dogwood Canyon. Quiet and safe area that was family friendly. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing we found we didn’t have enough of was washcloths. There weren’t enough per person with the amount of beds offered.

The property was as advertised and was perfect for our large family. Everything was clean and well stocked. The location is wonderful and the kids loved the pool.

Rocky Resort exceeded our expectations! The views and sunsets were amazing! We enjoyed the sunsets while playing ping pong on the deck, or relaxing in the hot tub, or making s'mores by the fire pit. Our younger kids liked the outdoor playground too. And, the game room was a hit with all of us! Rocky Resort is a lot bigger than appears in the pictures. We could have easily had other families with us, and all of us had our own space, and not even share bathrooms with seven bathrooms. We also really liked the big table inside and outside with plenty of seating. Everything was clean, and hosts were very responsive. Only thing to note is that it's not very private when on the deck since the houses are really close together and the decks line up. But, we sure had a great weekend and would highly recommend!

I book this wonderful home for my 4yr old god son birthday. It was 28 of us (11 adults & 17kids) and the home exceeded my expectations. Everything was great from the spacious rooms, the multiple bathrooms, every floor was different. The room doors had these amazing names on them. We even bbq and sat in hot tub every day. Honestly no complaints 100/10 most definitely will visit again.

We LOVED our stay at Rocky Resort. The view was beautiful, the home was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the games selection was good, we used the hot tub and playground a lot and the host was very responsive to our needs, even warning us of coming weather issues. The pool was not huge and a bit cold but we loved that there was a kiddie pool because we traveled with many little ones. My family is asking when we can go back again!

It was a wonderful place to stay! Very clean and has everything you need for you and your family. We have rented many places but this is the best by far!

The house was beautiful, enjoyed the hot tub and game room ! Space to spend time with family !

We had a great time during our stay. Due to some family’s chemical sensitivities they were willing to work with us and not use strong smelling chemicals prior to our arrival and it worked out fantastic. We were very pleased!! Lots of things to keep the kids entertained as well!! It was a perfect place for our crew!

This property is amazing. I have rented a lot of vacation rentals and this by far has been my favorite. The service was unmatched Scott made sure everything was perfect. He reached out to see if anything was needed but they had already thought of everything we could possibly need. This property is not only beautiful but it was spotless when we checked in. We meet the cleaning staff going out because we arrive right before check in and they were great as well. It has every amenity that a person would want. If you want to stay at a top tier place with top tier service, this is your place.

This home has everything you need to really enjoy time with a large group in the Branson area. It is new and has plenty of space to spread out and fun activities to stay busy! My family and I really enjoyed our time here. The views of the lake in the morning and sunset in the evening from the back decks were awesome. Our grandkids who are 3 and 6 loved loved the outdoor play area at the home. The pool is just a short walk from this home and getting to the Branson restaurants and attractions was only about 15 minutes. Having a washer and dryer on both the 1st and 3rd floors was a great touch. Scott and his team were great, everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There were a couple of minor issues that they addressed immediately. You cannot get to the lake water from the property, but you can take a short drive to a little park that has water access, plus basketball/pickleball courts and a nice playground. We would highly recommend this home for your stay in Branson!

We had a blast at Rocky Resort! Perfect location with amazing views of the lake. The kids loved the pool (and the slide!) and being able to walk there so easily while still having the best lake views was great. The pack n plays, high chairs, ball pit, and playground made travel with young children so easy! Us adults loved relaxing in the hot tub once the kids went to bed. Definitely will be back!
