This house was great. It was clean, easy to get in and out of & close to the Ark, not far from the Creation Museum. The house was played out well & had many activities to keep us busy. The host was nice and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here

We had such a wonderful stay. The game room & theater were hits with the kids for sure! Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Would love to stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay when going to see the ARK Encounter, especially with having kids! Not only was the house set up with a great layout but there was so many little details that made this trip even better. You had board games, arcade games, air hockey, and a little movie spot just in the basement. Then they even had a nice pack n play and high chair for the littles. Our family had the best time at this home and Greg was awesome to reach out and make sure our stay was just that and more! There’s also a friendly stray cat that you might get to see and very friendly outside. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely recommend to come stay if you get the chance!

5-Star Stay for Three Generations at the Perfect Ark Encounter Base!We booked this VRBO for a mid-October family trip to the Ark Encounter, and it was great. The location is unbeatable—just minutes from the Ark, making morning arrivals and evening returns a breeze.The house itself is a multigenerational dream. Three distinct levels gave grandparents, parents, and grandkids their own private bedrooms and living spaces while still feeling connected. No one felt cramped, and everyone had room to recharge after full days of exploring. The listing photos and description were spot-on—everything looked exactly as promised.The game room was the highlight! The kids (and honestly, the adults) were obsessed with Pac-Man—hours of laughter and friendly competition. We cooked most meals in the well-stocked kitchen though a small suggestion: adding a couple of Pyrex dishes or baking pans would make it perfect for casseroles and desserts.The neighborhood isn’t picturesque, but the proximity to the Ark and nearby dining more than makes up for it. We had everything required to stay, eat, and relax between visits—laundry, comfy beds, plenty of seating, and even a few games for rainy moments.Host was really responsive and friendly during booking & stay.This home made our family trip seamless and memorable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Ark Encounter, especially with multiple generations. We’d book again in a heartbeat!

The house was very clean with updated bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances and memory foam mattresses. The manager, Gregory, was very easy to work with and arranged for a repair man to come change out some lightbulbs that had burned out in the upstairs bathroom and master bedroom. There was quite a bit of traffic noise at night and early in the mornings(from people gunning their motors!) and a train nearby. We all had white noise sound machines, which helped drown out the noise, so no issues sleeping. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table. We didn't use the basement where the arcade games were located, but I imagine kids would love it. The house is only 6 minutes from The Ark Encounter and 45 minutes from The Creation Museum. The owners have done a great job! We had a lot of fun on our girls trip from Houston, Tx.

The game room was a hit for the kids. We loved the layout of the house. It was super close to the ark which was our main reason for staying, I would for sure book here again if we came back.

Visiting the Ark Encounter/Creation Museum & wanted a home nearby. The Ark Encounter is literally just 3 minutes away. The home was lovely-just the right layout for 6 adults and one 4 year old. The kitchen/dining area & living room accommodated us very well. Very clean & freshly updated. The only thing unexpected were the 2 sets of stairs(upstairs bedrooms/basement/game room) which were a bit much for our 2 seniors, but we all enjoyed time together in the common areas and were comfortable. Our host, Gregory was very attentive. I would definitely recommend this home! It was a great trip!

The gameroom was great for the kids. Very convenient location for the lake and the Ark Adventure.

It was a TERRIFIC stay! Newly decorated and nicely furnished. The theater room had really nice power recliners and the kids had lots of fun playing air hockey and video games. The house was spacious with plenty of room for our large group. We utilized the large kitchen numerous times, as well as the first floor laundry area. The house was well stocked with all the usual items and even a few much-appreciated extras. The location was VERY convenient to the Ark Museum (which was EXCELLENT) and the Kentucky Y'all Icebox Ice cream shop on Main St, Williamstown (also EXCELLENT). The Ark was so close, we were even able to take a quick break at the house for lunch. Also, the Creation Museum is an easy 45 minute drive and is also a worthwhile stop. There is a Walmart just 9 minutes away, so you don't have to pack any groceries. We also used the gas grill and there is a nice fire pit and there are even some marshmallow roasting forks in the kitchen. Overall a great stay and we will be staying again next time we are in the area!

We had a great time visiting the Ark and Creation Museum. The house was located in a great place to get to the Ark, and the Williamstown Lake. We had the best time and the space of the house was perfect!!

We had a group of 11. Everyone had such a great time. We will definitly be recomending this place to others headed to the Ark.

Super nice home - there were plenty of dishes, cups, & cookware for our large group and many thoughtful extras that you don't find in other rentals. The game/entertainment rooms downstairs were a HUGE hit with children and adults alike. It's pricey, but if you can afford it, it's totally worth it! We will be back for sure.

We had a great stay ! Such a nice clean house . Loved the designs and decorations. The game room was so awesome that our son didn’t want to leave . They really have thought of everything for this place . I would definitely recommend or stay again . We were at the ark in less than 5 minutes. Greg was very helpful and communicated right away . Easy self check in and out . Plenty of spaces to sleep ,sit , play and relax . :)

One of the best we have stayed in, owner was communicative and house had everything we needed for our stay, I advised him we were grilling out steaks and he left out some awesome steak rub and seasoning as well as brand new grill and grilling set. Everything was brand new and worked correctly including arcade games. Very clean, easy to find and great location for the Ark Encounter. Only 3 mins away. Kitchen also had everything you needed to cook and serve a nice meal. Would highly recommend, theater room was awesome as well, great seats!!
