Definitely one of our best stays to date! Host was exceptionally responsive, and very helpful. We got in significantly later than we originally planned, and needed to stay an extra night, due to a change in plans. Brian was very accommodating, and I felt like he genuinely wanted to help us solve our issues. The property itself was immaculately maintained, and served our purposes exceptionally well. Will definitely be staying here again in the “not so distant” future

This property is very well appointed and in a perfect beachside location - even off-season this is a wonderful place with plenty of space and extra attention paid to comfort. I can’t recommend this property and the owner highly enough. He was highly communicative and answered all of our questions before we even had a chance to ask. This place is a gem and we will definitely be back.

Brian's home was a fabulous place for our sorority reunion of 6! The dining room table was spacious and accommodated us easily. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use. There are two balconies and one patio for gathering in addition to the extremely comfortable leather reclining sofa which fit all six of us. The house is immaculate. Since all six of us are in our early 80s the elevator was a necessity. It would have been almost impossible for us to get suitcases up stairs. Best of all, Brian was a superb communicator, before, during and as we were departing. Nothing is left to chance. He covers every detail to make it easy and efficient. Thank you Brian for a perfect stay in Brigantine!

The house is large, with a wonderful great room including very comfortable seating. The elevator was a huge help, as my mother and aunt (and myself) find it hard to climb stairs. The house was immaculate and well-appointed with linens, towels, basic cleaning supplies and everything needed for a great time at the beach. Everyone loved staying here, and all said that they’d be interested in a return stay in the future.

Serenity by the Sea Shore!!We are a group of senior women who have vacationed together for many years. We keep returning to Brigantine and this was our 4th year renting on the island. By far and without any doubt, this property is one of a kind and Brian is an exceptional and conscientious host. Any concerns or questions were immediately addressed and resolved. The cleanliness of the house was extremely thorough and the ambience and beautiful decor made for a delightful, serene and relaxing vacation. This home is spacious with an open floor plan, provides ample rooms and beds for guests, with a fully equipped kitchen including multiple appliances for your dining pleasure. The beds were all very comfortable, cozy and had high quality linens for a restful night's sleep. Bath towels were large, fluffy and plentiful. There was adequate parking for multiple vehicles both on the street and behind the house. Because we are seniors, we made good use of the 3 story house elevator which was a definite plus for us. Having experienced other rental venues in Brigantine, this property is absolutely one we recommend for those looking to experience a memorable vacation. Our week at Brian's house truly exceeded our expectations and we are grateful to have had this opportunity. We laughed, we talked, we shared memories and made new ones. House was perfect location, spacious, and clean! Brian was a great host who was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Process was super easy!

Property was as advertised. Great location to AC and golf courses. Would recommend to groups that are looking for a low key golf weekend with trips to AC at night

Had a wonderful weekend with friends and family, the property is lovely. We had plenty of room to spread out. all of the spaces are lovely and we had plenty of bedding for everybody. Brian, the host, was super responsive and great to work with. We would definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for anything in the Brigantine area.

We had a wonderful week in Brigantine staying at Brian’s property. The house was impressive and spacious for our family of 7 (myself, husband, 2 and 4 yr old children, my brother, and my parents). The elevator was great for my dad who uses a cane. The kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. The house is in an excellent location close to the entrance to the beach. Brian was an excellent host, very easy to get in touch with. Definitely would recommend for families. We look forward to staying here again!

We so enjoyed this Beautiful home. It was everything as promised! Communication with the Host was over and above what was expected! Brian is so engaging! Kitchen well equipped, dining room was spacious and accommodating for our large family. Every area nicely was nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. Location is great! We are a multigenerational family that stayed at Brian and Andrea's house for 7 nights. The house is very well maintained with lots of attention to details that made our stay very special. Here are some examples of what made this house special: Great air conditioning units. We have stayed in many beach houses that have hot/cold spots. This house was temperately comfortable for all. Great kitchen with wonderful appliances, cookware, spices etc. We needed lemon zest for one of the dinners we cooked. I forgot my zester, but we found a Micro plane cheese grater in the gadget drawer that worked perfectly for our needs. Brian supplies 8 beach badges. Not all land lords do that. There are lots of beach chairs, a beach buggy to get the stuff to the beach, and a wonderful supply of kids' beach toys including some terrific construction vehicles which made our grand kids very happy. There are wood hangers in the closets which is a very nice touch. There is a desk top charging port with USB outlets next to the bed in the master bedroom. I'm not sure if they were in the other bedrooms because I forgot to look. The elevator is great for moving in and out and getting supplies to the kitchen. Also great for those with mobility issues. Brian is a wonderful landlord who is readily accessible. He checked in with us a few times to make sure that we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again.
