New! 4 Bedroom Stunning Charmer Centrally Located

We really liked the property and location. It was great for our group of 7. The hallway toilet needs a little attention as it continued to run after flushing. While we were there we used the microwave several times to warm up leftovers and then the last evening it quit working. Almost seemed like a door sensor went out. Otherwise the property was great!

We loved this place! It was clean and beautiful. It was so comfortable and we hope to come back again. Greg was so helpful and easy to get a hold of.

We had such a great stay! Great house and an awesome location.

We were in Grand Junction to visit the wineries and the arches. We had the best time and being able to come “home” each evening to chill in the perfect house made it the best vacation!!

Very well maintained house and yard. Perfect for our visit with six adults in town for a wedding. Conveniently located to everything. You will need a car. House was well equipped with everything we needed to feel like home away from home. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are very comfortable.

The house was perfect for four ladies attending a conference. Each had an adult size bed in separate rooms. Everything was clean and appeared well kept. We were able to enjoy dinner on the nice patio area one evening.

Great property and host!

3 sisters from 3 states, Colorado, South Carolina and Indiana. In Grand Junction for a week for rest, relaxation and fun! Our accommodations were perfect. We loved the BIG COMFY COUCH!! Our host was extremely fast to assist us when we got locked out....dead battery in the lock. Should we ever need to be in Grand Junction again, we will be back to this rental!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Nice enclosed yard for our dogs. Home is beautifully decorated. We had a little trouble with the remote, had to stand up near the TV to make it work, otherwise, no complaints.

We loved staying here. We will be back!

The home was amazing. Very roomie, way more then my wife and i needed. Pretty good location. Perfect place if you have a side by side. Having a huge garage. Only complaints are the the pans for the stove have to be a certain for stove top to work. Didnt have a pot big enough for boiling water and second was tv in living room. Didnt have to roku skick. Besides that place was amazing

We stayed here with extended family for our granddaughter's wedding. The house was very comfortable and spacious. The place was immaculate and had anything you would need in the kitchen. Everyone thought the beds were extremely comfortable. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to everything. Don't hesitate to book!

So glad we found this wonderful home! We are a group of 4 girlfriends who came to Grand Junction to do the Tour of the Moon bike ride. First impressions were excellent and the entire home was perfect as we each got our own bedroom. Immaculately clean. Comfortable beds, kitchen had everything you needed. Spacious garage that we could use to keep the car and all 4 bikes on the rack behind the car! Loved having dinner in the back patio as it's shaded in the afternoon. We are planning on booking the same home next year!

Beautiful area, nice neighborhood. The home had enough room for 4 friends to have individual space. One bedroom is not as large and the bed is not as nice as the other rooms, but overall we were happy with the accommodations and slept comfortably. Master bed is memory foam.

Beautiful property, very well stocked (except need more pots/pans for induction cooktop), clean. Great neighborhood. Owners responded quickly. Would stay again.

Beautifully decorated. Great back yard for pets. Comfy beds! Fully loaded spice rack! The only recommendation I would make is to turn the hot water heater up a little bit for those of us that love really hot showers!!! Can’t go wrong with this rental!!!
