Stayed Aug 20, 2025Pros - Very nice brand new property. It was close to the beach and downtown Egg Harbor. It was very clean and nicely furnished with a great deck.Disappointments - The home was closer to the main road than expected. It was difficult to keep the temp the same on all three levels. It could use a few supplies that we would expect to be there - facial tissue and soap or body wash.

Stayed Aug 10, 2025Nice big kitchen with everything you need for a few days or a month! Very clean and a good layout for families. Stairs are a bit on the steep side if you have very small children or people with mobility issues, but there is a very comfortable master br on the main level. This house is right on 42 which is very convenient, but you will hear some noise from the traffic. Overall a nice spacious house in a great location!

Stayed Aug 8, 2025We enjoyed this new build and its proximity to downtown Egg Harbor. Shops and restaurants were a little over a five minute walk, and there were sidewalks the whole way. Check-in was easy and convenient. The bedrooms were spacious and our whole family fit comfortably. It was a bonus to have a garage to keep our car in, especially when some strong storms hit.
