Escape to a newly renovated, family-friendly lakefront home on Lake Anna just up-creek from the famous Sandbar. Enjoy stunning lake views from the deck, unwind on the dock, or get on the water with one of our kayaks. Spend your evenings grilling out on the spacious deck or roast some marshmallows by the fire pit. Additional amenities include high-speed internet, dedicated work space, A/C, ample parking.

Our serene waterfront home on Lake Anna has brand new kitchen and bathrooms. We areconveniently located close to the Sandbar and about a 10 minute boat ride to Tim’s Restaurant and the Boardwalk.

The property features 3 bedrooms and a loft that can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children under the age of 2 for a total of 10 guests.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a futon, and an en-suite full bath. The second bedroom has a king bed, a dedicated workspace, and an en-suite full bath. Both the primary and second bedrooms have convenient deck access with stunning water views. The third bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has a full-size bed.

The newly renovated bathrooms are stocked with essentials and fresh towels.

The living area, with floor-to-ceiling windows and an open floor plan is a great room for guests to relax, watch TV (65 in), or play board games.

The beautiful kitchen includes brand-new granite countertops, built-in dishwasher, stainless steel stovetop/oven, and is stocked with all the kitchen essentials.

The large outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the lakefront views and includes a deck, gas grill, outdoor dining table, dock with a boat slip, 3 kayaks, adult & children size lifejackets, and a fire pit. Start a fire and roast some marshmallows while relaxing on our aesthetic egg swing chairs.

Guests will be able to access the entire property including the dock. Guests will access the property via electronic lock.

Smart TVs are available with streaming service with guests’ own account(s).

High-speed internet is available.

If you are planning to bring a boat, you are welcome to dock at our house. The docks has cleats available to tie off and is approximately 3 feet deep off the end of the dock. You can launch the boat at the Christopher Run Camping Ground, about 15 minutes from the house, for a fee of $15.
