SUMMARY
Welcome to our newly re-designed modern 5bd+4ba ocean view beach house (no shared walls!) that feels like a calm, relaxing beach retreat. We're perfectly situated on a quiet residential street just 2 blocks from the beach & local dining in desirable North PB. This private escape is both kid + pet friendly & loaded with features including indoor/outdoor living with 3 levels of interior space that flows seamlessly to 3 outdoor areas, 7 beds that sleeps 12 (8 adults max), TVs in all bd's, fireplace, fire pit, wine bar, beverage bar, bbq, & A/C.

FIRST LEVEL (Main Living Area + 1Bd/1Ba + Front & Rear Yards)
Step into a picturesque fully fenced front yard complete with outdoor seating & grassy lawn…a great spot for pets & children. The yard leads you to the front entry, where you'll be greeted by a modern, zen space featuring an open floorplan main living area with wood flooring, oversized Lux Cloud sofa from Restoration Hardware, cozy 72” linear gas fireplace surrounded by beautiful dark stone + white oak cabinets/shelving, & a stunning 83” LG OLED TV (the picture quality will not disappoint!).

Adjacent to the living room is a dining area for 6 & an all-new wine bar (great for wine lovers!). Rounding out the main living area is a newly remodeled gourmet kitchen with an expansive center island, bar seating for 4, beautiful Quartzite counters, dual color cabinetry (white & oak), & a pantry to help keep the space clutter free.

The calming interior extends to the backyard via a set of Fleetwood multi-slide patio doors. The fully fenced backyard is surrounded by hedges & equipped with a fire pit for a great evening gathering spot, built-in bbq, al-fresco dining, & a super cool / colorful wall mural designed by local acclaimed artist Maxx Moses!

Rounding out the main living area is a newly remodeled bathroom (shower) with a floating vanity & floor to ceiling dark tile walls for a bold, sophisticated feel. There is also a bedroom with 1 Queen bed, 50” LG TV, & sliding patio doors that conveniently lead to the front yard with seating, grass lawn, & palm tree-lined street views.

SECOND LEVEL (3Bd's + 2Ba's)
Stairs lead you to the second level, highlighted by our spacious & serene primary retreat. This space includes 1 modern King platform bed, walk-in closet, 75” Samsung TV, & a newly remodeled en-suite with dual vanity sinks, travertine tiles, modern vanity mirrors, & walk-in shower with dual rain shower heads.

Further down the hallway are 2 additional bedrooms, 1 full bath, & washer/dryer (see Bed + Bath Arrangements below).

THIRD LEVEL (1Bd Loft *no door off stairs + 1Ba + Bar + Sunset View Deck)
The light & bright third level sky loft is the ideal spot to soak up the San Diego sun & enjoy serene sunsets (*note this is a loft space with no door off the stairway). This space includes a bar with mini beverage fridge, full bath (shower), Cal King bed, 55” Samsung TV, & a set of sliding glass doors out to our favorite outdoor rooftop sky terrace!

“Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to a swim/surf-friendly ocean, white sandy beaches, and killer local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert to after-hours cocktails!

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment along Cass St & Turquoise St. Some of our favorite eateries include Java Earth Café (coffee & pastries!), including Oscar's Mexican Seafood, Leilani's Hawaiian cuisine, Fig Tree Café (brunch!), The Fishery fine dining, Bareback Burger (grass fed meat!), & Second Nature bar/organic eatery to name a few. Also just a few blocks to Gelson's grocery market.

Within walking distance of a Yoga Studio & Beach Yoga at Law St park, Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house! Rent beach gear at Mission Beach Aquatic center, including sail boats, paddle boats, stand up paddle boards, and much more.

A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Garnet Ave & further along to Mission Beach, featuring more bars and entertainment + Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~5min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~15min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~20min drive to Downtown & the Airport. POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

    The house was spacious and provided ample space for 5 adults and 2 children. The view from the upper deck was terrific and the location was convenient to the beach (walking distance), local restaurants and La Jolla. We spent some quality family time in the back yard playing card games and enjoying the fire pit. Highly recommended!

    The house is exactly like the pictures. Steps from the beach and restaurants. We had 4 couples and plenty of room for everyone. We had a few items that came up and the management company dealt with them in a few hours and were awesome to work with. We will definitely rent from them again!

    We had a fabulous Labor Day holiday. This home is in a terrific location, within 30 minutes driving distance to theme parks, zoos, etc. for young families and within walking distance from the beach and local restaurants and shops. We found it bright, welcoming, modern and clean. With four children under the age of 5, we appreciated how well-appointed the kitchen was and took advantage of the wide variety of beach toys in the garage.We were surprised to find one of the five bedrooms was located on the first/main living floor immediately upon entering the home. This bedroom has a door. This would not have been an issue if we didn’t need to accommodate parents with young children. There were 10 of us in total spread out over three floors. Something to consider if you need to accommodate more than one family with young children. We also would have benefited from the ability to check in before 3pm. We stopped by the house at 1pm and found it ready to go; however early check in was not an option. Again, probably not an issue for adults or adults with older children, but it does create logistics challenges for families with young children needing naps and refrigeration arriving on out of town flights earlier in the day.All in all, we recommend this home and would rent again.

    What a beautiful home! Designed simply and clean, relaxing and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Literal 2 block walk to the beach with the easiest garage to park a car. Large couch to sit and chat and outdoor space. Owners checked in on us throughout the trip which was wonderful- though we had no issues!

    Family trip each year to play some golf and volunteer at the Farmers Open. House was perfect for our needs -clean, parking, close to restaurants and beach for morning /evening walks and a short ride to the tournament. House was clean, well supplied (great big warm blankets) and easy check in /check out!

    This was a friend trip of four girls. The house was definitely more house than we needed for four. It was a quick walk to the beach with beach chairs in the carport. Restaurants in the area are great and many are walking distance. It was absolutely perfect!

    The house was clean, comfortable, much better than I expected, the neighborhood was quiet, parking was easy especially with the 2 car garage and with spaces available on the street. The only issue was the garbage, the outside garbage container was overflowing when we arrived and was never picked up while there, also the garbage bags were very flimsy causing them to tear when they were pulled out from the garbage can. more bath towels would be nice. Other than what I have mentioned we enjoyed our stay and will consider this property the next time we vist San Diego.

    This was a perfect spot for our family. We had 3 generations and it was the perfect spot. It was a bit further from the beach than we understood from the listing. I would say it was a good 4-5 blocks and not 2. Otherwise it was fabulous.
