New 3 BR Townhome w/Private Patio/Views/Heated Pool/EV Friendly

The property was very clean and inviting. Pretty much anything we needed was provided. The chaise couch is very comfortable! The patio was nice and private. Don't hang anything on the wall to dry - made that mistake and had to go retrieve the item in the very rocky field behind the complex. There is also horse boarding facilty with goats and chickens as well next the the complex, so you will hear a rooster in the morning to wake you. The pool was not very busy, which made it nice for us to be able to relax. It was also just a short walk away from the unit. The neighborhood is very quiet. My only issue (which is a small one) was that the bedroom tv in the room nearest the bathroom was mounted on the adjoining wall to the other bedroom. The sound comes right through to the other room. That aside, there are enough tvs for everyone!

It was a very nice clean condo that served us well! We were close to Tuacahn, grocery store, restaurants, and downtown St. George. It was fun to visit downtown Santa Clara. There is a fruit stand there and a couple of antique stores that we enjoyed. We would stay here again.

Excellent property, very clean, plenty of room, and great access to the surrounding city and outdoor activities. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is very modern and well equipped. Two bedrooms with king size beds and the third had 1 queen size. TV's in all bedrooms plus 1 in living room and 1 in the loft. Everyone has their own space.

Great property, spotless, responsive property manager. Would stay there again.

Great property. It was clean, in great shape and a good location. We had a great time and a great place to stay.
