With its flat, palm-lined streets and proximity to the San Diego River Trail, North OB is the perfect spot for those who want easy access to the sand while enjoying a slightly more relaxed pace of life.

Getting around is a breeze! We are less than 5 miles from the airport—a quick 10–15 minute rideshare away. For public transit, bus stops are just a 5-minute walk on Voltaire and Cable Streets.
