New 2026 Renovations Retreat Just Steps to Beach!

This was such a cute place and the location was fantastic! You could sit on the upper deck and see the ocean and it was one quick block away! The neighborhood was peaceful and we just loved it. The place was a little smaller than expected but perfect for our family. The screened in porch could use a little work and new furniture but we mostly used the upper deck. And it was so nice having our dogs! The outside shower was perfect for showering them after a dip in the ocean. We would love to go back!

James was wonderful! The house was clean. Plenty of space. This was a graduation getaway for my daughter with close friends and family. Location was better than expected. Walking to the beach and 5-10 minute drive to shops. The beach isn’t a touristy beach with shops along the coast. It is a residential neighborhood and along with it comes the quiet. The beach is very well taken care of. Everyone loved the home and layout. Kitchen is big enough to host. Basic essentials and welcome packages were provided such as shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, toilet paper, dish soap, new dish sponge, laundry pods, cleaning supplies, coffee pods and more. Beds were clean. I always check bedsheets for signs of cleanliness and hair/ stain free. Passed my check! Towels were provided including makeup towels. The wraparound porch is great and is fairly new. It looks great. The home is definitely well taken care of and has definitely had some remodeling and improvements that has made it so nice. My daughter and guests loved the choice I made picking this home for our stay. My college graduate is so inspired by this home to add a family beach house to her future goals. We would definitely stay again. Thanks James.

Great place, listing was accurate. Property manager was quick to respond with any questions!

Check-in was easy. The PM was communicative. The beds and linens were clean. The first impression is that the listing pictures must be a decade old. The house was absolutely filthy. I provided pictures to the PM of dirty walls, dirty bathroom floors with previous renters hair, dirty kitchen drawers and the worst carpet I have ever seen. The couches and carpet smelled strongly of urine and were quite unpleasant. The PM stated that the house had a deep clean a few months before but the dust caked on the walls and black floor vents and filters tell a different story. The kitchen was so poorly stocked I had to bring my own pots and pans.

Plenty of room for our family of nine. Straight shot to beach access (one block walk). Road adjacent to home was long and quiet for walking our dog or taking a morning run.

A perfect location and great host! The property just needs a little TLC. But it was a great week!

Overall we found this property to be in a great location with functional spaces. It served its purpose but was generally underwhelming. It appeared superficially clean, but desperately needs a deep clean and updating. Property manager responded promptly when there was an issue with the smoke detector.

We enjoyed our stay with a great location at this beach house! Loved the beach and short walk there! Great layout and my children loved the area below the house to play! Nice observation deck and stocked well with household supplies!!!
