First Floor includes the master bedroom with Cal-King bed, private bath, 40” Smart Flat screen TV and direct access to the patio.
Second floor is spacious with complete living and visiting space. The kitchen consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full pantry, and a dining table for 8 guests. There is a full bathroom and a living room with a queen sleeper sectional, and a 65-inch flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors that open to a large private covered deck perfect anytime of day.
3rd floor includes two more bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub. The front bedroom with a Cal-King bed has 40 TV with a large ocean view balcony. The third bedroom has a full/double bed that include a trundle and a twin bed and 32 TV.
The front patio has a gas barbecue for cookouts. The private 2-car garage will fit one full size car/suv and one small car.

All linens are washed and dryed at high heat in between guest stays
