Stayed Sep 18, 2025We were here for CU Boulder family weekend. Very reasonable distance form campus. Very well equipped. Super clean. Everything is new. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 11, 2025very nice layout. upstairs 2 bedrooms with loft in the middle. All the little things you could need.....spices, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Only negative wish there would have been blackout curtains in master bedroom because the sun comes up really early and my husband thought the bed was a bit lumpy and hurt his back but I thought it was really soft.

Stayed May 7, 2025We spent several great days at this property. It is bright and clean in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Boulder or Denver and the airport. Huge bedroom and brand new appliances. Great value compared to staying in a hotel--especially for extended family.
