Stayed Nov 26, 2024The home was lovely. Overall clean, had some minor issues with leftover trash left on the patio (assumably from prior guest), pans/utensils had a slight greasy feeling. Nothing too major. The location was beautiful, great views. We only really had one complaint, the kitchen equipment provided was not up to par. The pots/pans, cooking utensils and baking pans were not good quality. This is a personal preference and did not prevent us from getting our Thanksgiving meal cooked. There was a coffee machine but no basket filter insert. There was a Kuerig but we make whole pots of coffee so we brought ground coffee and there was no adapter for the Kuerig to use it. Our overall stay was very nice, peaceful and relaxing.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024This was a gorgeous home with a gorgeous view of the smokies! Home was super nice, all the modern conveniences including dishwasher and streaming services provided. Beds comfy. 4 bedrooms and bathrooms attached. I wish I lived here ! Hot tub super nice. All amenities as described. We loved it! Best place we have rented by far. The view of the mountains was incredible and you could see it from the big windows or by sitting on the huge deck. Nice gas firepit and lots of chairs. Family loved the pool table. Had games and puzzle… Great place in a very safe gated community in a larger rural setting. It is about a half hour from larger town so may want to plan accordingly if you need groceries.

Stayed Dec 29, 2023We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and property to ring in the new year! Plenty of room and great area outside for kids to play! Small hiccup checking in on time however the property manger worked out the issue. We would definitely stay here again!
