Near Yale & Lighthouse Point Beach: Home w/ Pool!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Property was unique with great furnishings and elegant design features. Backyard space was very private and we'll equipped with the pool, hot tub, Weber grill, and nice comfortable relaxing spaces. All rooms were well stocked with anything you could need (kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. ; Great bathroom setups and amenities) Literally only a 5 min walk to the beach. The only item missing was that there is no onsite clothes washer/dryer available, but we were recommended to a very good local service that was quick and reasonable. We would definitely return to this property when coming to New Haven area in the future.

The property is as described. Beautiful, modern, with any amenity you could need. There were some issues, but communication with the host was immediate and our concerns were met with sincerity and addressed.

We came to New Haven for our son’s graduation at Yale Law and this home was the perfect easy trip to the school. Highly recommend. You can see the water from the upstairs balcony that’s how close you are. The drive in is beautiful with water views. We took a leisurely stroll to the lighthouse park. Wonderful. House is charming and the guest host is super helpful with any questions you might have.

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. The amenities were above and beyond and the home has many upgrades. The area where the home is located is quiet and peaceful.

In town for college visits we were able to stay and use the home as “base” giving everyone space - inside and out to decompress. Kitchen was great and outdoor space is lovely. Beautiful walk to Lighthouse Point Park!

My daughter was getting married in Branford and we wanted to rent a house that had plenty of room for the bridal party to prepare for the wedding. This house gave us that and plenty more. The backyard is a treasure. Pool was used by the kids and enjoyed themselves. Plenty of room for everyone. The only downside is the parking and the price of the house. There’s only one parking space for one car. Everyone has to park on the side street. Some of the neighbors didn’t like that but there was no other parking.

The house has a lot of updates/renovations that help it stand out from other traditional New England homes. Very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, amenities. The property manager was very helpful and great communication. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or hot tub but would've been a big bonus if we had. I'm giving a four star rating primarily because I think the price point is a little high, there was a fair amount of outside noise (near Tweed airport), and the neighborhood feels very industrial. Overall, the house worked out extremely well for our family and was an easy drive to New Haven/Yale/pizza etc (15 mins about).
