Near WSU: Bumper Pool and Fire Pit!

The house was the perfect space for me and my friends to hangout for the night. Beds were very comfortable and the bumper pool table is a lot of fun!

Everything inside the house was clean, orderly, and comfortable. We appreciated the use of the space as it was just what we needed for our short stay and centrally located to where we had to be. Neighborhood is nice and quiet- house is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Our only holdup was the gaggle of geese hanging out in the roadway. They politely moved for us.

Great access, my dog loved the squirrels in the backyard.

Jenny, We arrived at the residence, I was really impressed with the cleanliness, neighborhood. It felt right at home. We had the bridal rehearsal party at the residence and it was a hit! My grandson was elated and really enjoyed the party. That is exactly what we were looking for. The place was big enough as we thought it would be. I was born and raised in Wichita many, many years ago and brought back a lot of memories. Thank you, Thank you.....

Great central location to stay with family and pets!

In town for our daughter's white coat ceremony from WSU, this home allowed our family to stay together with our dogs.

House had all the essentials advertised. Close to shopping, dining, and museum. Smaller bathroom had rust in the shower, and there were cobwebs in the corners. Overall, we had a pleasant stay UNTIL we started the dishwasher on our way out. Although we smelt a sewage smell a couple times in the bathroom, it overwhelmed the kitchen once the dishwasher was running. Luckily we were on our way out, so it didn't effect our stay.

The house has a really nice layout which lends itself to private conversations of different members of your party. Just ideal for a girls retreat.

We had a great time at this place! It had plenty of space for all of our guests, was clean, and the owners were very responsive! If we find ourself in Wichita again, we will be booking this place again!

We loved this house. The price was great. The inside was nicely done and very comfortable. The backyard was huge with ample seating. The coffee bar was a great touch. Sheets were like butter so much so I had to look at the label and plan on buying some when I get home. They were so easy to converse with. We will be back for sure when we bowl again!

Had an early family Christmas here, it was the perfect place for us. Big kitchen, plenty of room in the dining/living room. Huge yard for the pups to explore. Great location, close to everything we needed. Definitely coming back!

We were in the process of moving and needed a place to crash with our kids and pets before finishing the rest of our 11 hour trip. The hosts were very accommodating, incredibly helpful, and responsive. Plenty of space for our 5 kids, ourselves, and our pets.

We had my daughters sweet 16 birthday party here and it worked great! Plenty of seating and open enough to not feel over crowded. Functional kitchen (with coffee already there 😊).The littles had fun running around the backyard and with the cornhole game. My youngest wished it was her house lol. Host was easy to talk too and replied quickly. Would gladly stay here again!

The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The check-in and check-out process was easy. Some furniture and carpet showed signs of wear. Overall a nice place to spend Thanksgiving with family.

A good stay over three days. Plenty of room for the family visit. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate but otherwise we would have tried the yard and the fire pit.
