Matt And Sally I.
Submitted Jan 31, 2026
Stayed Jan 21, 2026Oh man, this vacation was rough. The condo itself was nice and as described. Casiola who was the property management company was terrible and the amenities were misrepresented. A hot tub was featured in the title and didn’t even exist. The resort pool and lazy river were unheated so unusable. And the big fire pit by the pool wasn’t working. My siblings and I were in town for a wedding and had planned to spend some time by the pool and in the hot tub. We ended up taking the whole group to a different hotel/resort and paying for a daily fee to use their pool and hot tub. When we reached out to the management company ( who have many advertisements throughout the condo saying how “happy they were for choosing them” ). They basically said that they had nothing to do with “resort aspects of the rental”. But they had no problem advertising what the resort was offering. Long story short, we asked for a reasonable reduction on our fee- and after a dozen emails and hours of back and forth they offered us 10% off our next Casiola rental. Ummmm safe to say if we see those hot pink Casiola shirts again we won’t be staying there. Whole thing left a really bad taste, my siblings have already stated that they will be taking over rental duties next time. If your already booked my advice is call the resort directly to see what amenities are really available.
