Near Spring Training! Peoria Gem w/ Pool & Hot Tub

Great property. Host very responsive

This house was great for our visit to Arizona to see and be with our grandchildren. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed and extras. The hot tub was fun. The pool was cold but that was expected for winter. But it made a fun polar plunge. The only thing I wish we could have used was the garage because it rained a few days and it would have been nice to not get presents or food wet. Overall a great time and I would definitely stay there again.

The property was very clean and well furnished. The grounds also were neat and well groomed. It was easy to enjoy ourselves and also easy to get the places we needed and wanted to go.

The house was great and served our needs. Great location and outdoor space. The mattresses could use an upgrade, they were not comfortable.

The home was mostly as described, although the pictures are a little misleading as there’s not a whole lot of natural light that comes into the house. As someone who really enjoys natural light, this was a disappointment, but completely understandable as these homes are built to keep the heat out. We had some trouble with the lock, but Samantha was amazing at helping us get in quickly once we arrived. It was nice to find a basket of treats waiting for us and the house was clean and tidy. The kitchen had everything we needed and we found the pool incredibly relaxing after a day at the baseball fields. Overall, it was a good stay.

House looked a little bit different from the pics (chipped sink fixtures, damage to primary bath wall from a missing towel fixture) The one thing that was disappointing was the mattresses were not comfortable.

This house was roomy, clean and stocked with all the essentials. Amenities were exactly as advertised. The check-in process was simple and the door lock for entry easy to use. The house is in a great location with many activities and restaurants located nearby. It was a perfect fit for our large family!

Great place to stay ! Already booked next year !

The house was nice with a few exceptions. We felt that all the rugs and carpets could use a good cleaning, the mattresses were uncomfortable and we ran out of propane and it was not replace like we asked. We left a new coffee maker because we did not like the kergig..The location was very nice to shoppi g and Periora stadiums, entry was very easy,and we enjoyed the patio and firepit (while we had propane.).

The property is in a nice family neighborhood. The house was as promised and the booking was easy. Our 3 couples had a nice stay.

We loved this house! It had everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were incredible, the game room was great, and the beds were super comfy! We will definitely stay again.

I was very confused at first when given the guest contact because I reached out to them and come to find out they switched it on me. It all worked out and our contact was so helpful and quick to respond. The house was just what we needed after a hot morning at the baseball fields. The pool was amazing. We enjoyed staying in this house while in Arizona for USA Baseball National Championships! We enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy the AC after games in the sun and heat. Thank you!

Very clean home with a nice layout. The pool and hot tub were well-maintained. The kitchen had plenty of amenities to cook. The home is in a good central location. We appreciate the hosts being so responsive when needed.

we have eight kids from 22years to 2years old we were all comfortable and this place has sleeping room and sitting space for any family nice clean place and close to everything you need and want.
