Stayed Oct 20, 2023Overall nice clean space! Neighborhood was a little scetchy but absolutely no issues. Dont let the outside discourage you. House could use power wash and lawn care less than desirable. Only issue inside was lack of cold water in bathroom sink. Also only supplied flavored coffee, had to purchase plain coffee. Definitely will use again!

Stayed Feb 23, 2023We were here for a choir event at the convention center. I was skeptical staying near downtown not being familiar with the area, however felt safe in the neighborhood overall. It was just a few miles to where we needed to be. Much better than a hotel, with room for my little one to spread out. Overall a clean & comfortable home.
