Near I-70, disabled accessible, MESSAGE chair, king bed, garage, Xbox fun

It was close to our destination, that was great. The road noise was a little much from 1-70. But got use to it along with the rail traffic. If you want absolute quiet, don't stay here.

This place is great. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the interstate. Very clean, comfy king bed and plenty of snacks/coffee varieties offered. Use of the garage was also a nice touch. Would book again.

Me and a few brothers hit the road in the motorcycles and headed east!! This property was excellent after a 9 hour ride… a massage chair, that was nice!! Very clean and beds were very comfortable, tvs in every room always makes it nice!! We had a special issue we brought to the owner and within minutes they were there to help and saved the day! Excellent response time and communication!!! Thanks again

Incredible experience!

We had a great stay. The home was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The rooms were comfortable and matched the photos and descriptions perfectly. The massage chair was a nice bonus and a great way to relax after a long day. Parking was easy, and having garage access made coming and going very convenient. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy and perfect accommodations, close to highway and Lawrence. Quiet neighborhood and overall very pleasant. Breakfast on the patio was relaxing and Carrie was on top of my trip, my questions and super easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for the weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay. It has very comfortable beds, nice neighborhood to take dogs for a walk, and my sister was able to come visit in her wheelchair with no problems!

We had a great stay at Libby’s place over a weekend leading to a Big Monday game for the Hawks. All amenities were in place and we wanted for nothing. The location is quiet yet convenient enough to everything. It’s worth noting the TV options were perfect. A very good stay that we will undoubtedly repeat.

Had to call owner to clean bathroom vent fan and floor. Return air duct vent cover and filter were dirty. She said she had put new one in 2 weeks previous. I took pictures of both. Had to have her move furniture before I could get my pickup in garage. Cast iron pan was in oven and had burnt on grease and very bad smell. I have breathing problems and allergy’s and had to use my Nebulizer twice daily. She needs to make sure that is cleaned throughout after every day. Will not stay with her again.

Ideal spot for us. The location worked. The place was nicely appointed. Would stay again.

The house was as advertised. The extras by the hosts (snacks/coffee/toiletries/) were very sweet touch. The grill was even prepared with charcoal and fluid for grilling. We spend 3 days there and was very comfortable. The decor was interesting with the large cat theme.

This is a very clean and inviting space. Owners are always there to help is needed. The garage in 99 degree weather was a real perk! We would stay here again.

Convenient location close to downtown in a neighborhood setting. Carrie and Guy were great hosts and everything we needed was there. It is near I-70 so there is road noise as described but they added a nice touch with the ear plugs provided in the room. The space was clean and kept well.

Very nice property. Cozy and welcoming. My friend were in transit traveling and were pleasantly surprised that we could book a one night stay. It was clean and we had everything we needed, could have stayed for a week.

Lovely, 2 bedroom duplex with well equipped kitchen. Big screen TV was helpful for watching games. A perk for me was being able to have a garage. Very clean and well stocked. I would stay again.

Very nice stay. Snacks were available as well as plenty of bedding and towels. Also provided extra toiletries that may have been forgotten. Great communication.

clean duplex well worth the price. Easy to get to main streets in Lawrence. Hosts clearly indicate closeness to.turnpike and traffic noise. Noise was.not a problem for us. Would utilize again as stated, well worth the cost.

My overall impression and honest review of the property is it is a wonderful place to stay very cute. The host is very friendly and even stopped by to bring some coffee and air freshener to make sure our stay was even more comfortable. Communication was pretty fast with host with a few questions I had. I loved the convenience of the washer and dryer and dishwasher made cleaning up easy! And cleaners for me to wipe the counters and surfaces after eating and cooking was great! Host even allowed us to check in prior to 3pm which was fantastic since we drove such a long way and were exhausted! My kids were comfortable and so were we. Location was perfect for us, loved being able to use a garage especially with all the cold and snow. We would definitely stay here again. Host is very friendly!

The place was awesome and the host was very attentive to the details. Super comfortable and the family really enjoyed to proximity to local events and establishments. It made my daughter's graduation from.KU that much better.

We only needed one night this time, but this place will definitely be at the top of our list the next time we are in Lawrence. Great communication by the owners! The place was super clean and well-stocked. Nice little neighborhood, whose only downside is that it is right up against I-70. Even so, the road noise wasn’t horrible, but it was there. Had no impact on sleep.

My daughter and I stayed for two nights while we were in town for a tournament. I was most impressed by how hospitable the host is: there were snacks in multiple places, extra items in the bathroom in case you forgot anything, breakfast sandwiches in the freezer, extra blankets in the closets, and even ear plugs in the bedrooms. No complaints here! The ONLY thing I felt was not mentioned in the listing is that this rental is located very close to an interstate. I was able to sleep just fine but other people who are light sleepers might want to know that.
