Stayed Jul 11, 2025Owners have added all the touches for a comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located near everywhere we needed to be. Comfortable beds, very nicely furnished and stocked home. We lacked for nothing. 5 adults and we enjoyed breweries and wineries in Woodinville 20 minutes away, 10 minutes from downtown/lakefront Kirkland and the wedding venue for our family wedding at the Woodmark Hotel and just 30 minutes to Pikes Place/Waterfront. SEATAC also about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Super convenient and comfortable. This was a perfect home base for our long weekend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect for a long weekend spent with the Grandparents. This house is very convenient to I-405 to head down into Seattle. Our daughter plays volleyball at SPU so this worked perfect for us. The house has everything you might need to cook and relax. So much better than staying in a hotel. Thank you for taking care of your guests by providing a fun snack basket with goodies and making this house so inviting and welcoming. We plan to be back.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024Our family stayed a week in the Seattle area. The location was great - close to anything we could possibly need and easy to access the freeway. The house was perfect for our family's needs and our hosts were so welcoming and had many personal touches left for us. Easy to communicate with too. Would gladly stay again! Thanks Bee.

Stayed Sep 16, 2024Bee, Thank you so much for giving us access to your property. The ease of accessing breakfast in downtown Kirkland and the Kirkland Waterfront lifestyle yet quick access to 520 allowing you to get into Seattle effortlessly was priceless. Traffic in Seattle has become so terrible that location is everything. Not only do you have location, location, location, but clean an amazing bed in the master suite by the way. I will book this house every single time I make it back to Seattle. Thank you also for your quick responses and for keeping tabs on us.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024My wife, three sons, daughter-in-law, and myself were in town for a wedding. This was the perfect place for us to stay. The three bedrooms with a queen bed in each gave us plenty of room to spread out and sleep. The kitchen was large enough with everything we needed. There was also plenty of room for people to gather in the living area. A bonus were the sacks on the kitchen counter since our flight came in late. The location is awesome. It was a 20 to 30 minute drive to most every place we needed to go. We would definitely consider staying here again during our next trip to Seattle.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024We had a family trip to the Seattle area, going to Mt Rainier, downtown Seattle, and north Washington. This Kirkland house was well-located, on a tree-lined street. Very pretty house, and although close to the highway (which was not visible in any way) we hardly heard any traffic noise within the house. When we did hear something, it was a low-hum like a fridge or A/C running. The house was generously well-provisioned with Trader Joe and other snacks. Owners were very responsive when we asked a question. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom had an extra room with couch, so a nice suite for people to have their own separate time as well. Exiting the house was also super-easy. There was not a long list of cleaning instructions, which I appreciate when so many other places want you to do a lot despite paying a cleaning fee. I would definitely stay here again! I give it 4 stars because the living room couch has a low back and deep seat cushion, so although nice and firm, it was not easy/comfortable for the people who ended up sitting in the middle who had no back support. (People on the ends had an arm to lean up against.) We were gone most of the day, so it wasn't a big deal to us, but it could be an issue for those who plan to spend a lot of time visiting in the house.
