Stayed Feb 13, 2025The property is just as pictured, or perhaps better. The location is perfect and has many nearby options to eat and shop. The house was clean and spacious. Sometimes rentals are neat, but not necessarily clean, but this one was! The second bedroom was perfect for a drop with from my daughter and the screened porch was great for coffee or work. Which I took advantage of as the temperature warmed. The house had an office with neat self-help books (from finance to speaking to strangers) on the shelf. I got to meet the owner, Victor, and had a lovely conversation. And he offered me the copy of Brene Brown’s book, which I accepted. My stay was three weeks and soon it felt like home. I’d gladly return.

Stayed Jan 1, 2024We live in SC and needed lodging close to Atrium Healthcare in Charlotte. This was our home away from home for several weeks and it was super cozy and comfortable for my husband and I to relax and recover. We felt this was very accommodating to have ground level entry access and one story living quarters. We didn’t have any issues arise to address but Victor was very friendly and responsive to answer questions.

Stayed Dec 16, 2023Nice home in a good neighborhood.. my takeaways on the home There is a 14 day minimum With that said there were only 4 towels, 4 plates and glasses/mugs.. we were constantly having to wash .. would really recommend at least one of the rooms have a king bed The seating in the family room could use an additional comfortable chair or 2 Communication with the owner was excellent
