Near Fort Rock Park, Fast Wifi, Bikes, Ping Pong, Hot Tub! 8 Sharc Passes

Very comfortable and casual single level cabin home and close to all Sunriver amenities. Some basic amenities were lacking in the two bathrooms (one very small bar of soap in each bathroom - like the tiny paper wrapped bar soap that you would find in a motel). The house cleaners did a poor job vacuuming main living room and cleaning the kitchen counter tops. Hot tub was high quality and very clean. Overall the home has charm and priced very reasonably. I definitely recommend this home to young families with young/teenage kids or a small group of adults.

Well maintained except one screen in the dining room looked like it was pretty bent up, vandalisim? Lots of extras in kitchen and laundry. I would call it ideal for a young family with good kids bikes, high chair and even an attachable tag along and toddler trailer. Kids will love the bunks and the close proximity to the playground across the street.Quiet and restful and the fireplace made it very cozy in the morning after a chilly evening.

House was fantastic! The bikes were a huge plus as there are wonderful bike paths all around. We did not use the SHARC passes but that was also a great plus. Super happy with our stay

This place is the best. It has all the extras you need for a family- bikes, life jackets, helmets, snow shoes, bike pumps, a trolly bike cart to haul kids, a double bike, ping pong table and pickleball supplies for the courts literally right next door. The kids park is a mega bonus as well as the baseball field, trails, volleyball and covered areas to have a nice lunch. All around a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Kids and I decided to spend a few days in Sunriver for husband’s birthday. Very last minute and so happy we found this home. It had everything we needed, clean and comfy. The bikes were an absolute hit and ended up spending hours biking and walking. It was so nice to come back and relax from all the activities. Thank you for sharing your home!

This home was perfect. Very complete kitchen equipped with everything needed to cook. The home itself is spacious and very nice. The online pictures don't do it justice! It seemed larger and more beautiful in person. It was only myself and my mother but the home was more suited for a larger family. I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Host made everything better

This house is very accommodating. My group had such a great time and felt very comfortable staying here. We enjoyed the hot tub and cooking/eating dinner together. If we come back to Sunriver I look forward to booking this VRBO again.

We had a great time at 1 Awbrey Ln. We love all the bikes and being able to soak in the hot tub after a long day! We hope to stay here again.

Everything was great. The ice maker leaked a little but I don't want to nit pick an awesome property.

This was our second time staying here. We enjoyed the house and the promity to everything we wanted to do in Sun River. Communication with the owner was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the most wonderful time here! The proximity to the park was what drew us here and we cannot wait to stay again. The house was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed and the garage offerings were impressive! Being on a circle/culdesac was ideal for the kiddos. Thank you for hosting us!

The house was everything we hoped for and more. This was our second year at the property and it is perfect for a family reunion. Great location and plenty to do both inside and outside for all ages. Hope to go back again next year.

Stayed with my sister, brother and all the kids. Roomy hiuse, very clean. Loved the location to fort rock park and SHARC. The tandem bike was used every day. Great ti.e, will stay again!

We really loved staying at this home for a family with little ones. It was great being able to wake up and walk to the park or go for a bike ride. This home is truly stocked and ready for those wanting a refreshing vacation in Sunriver.

Me and my family had a great time again. Highlights were riding bikes, playing ping pong, going to the Sharc, hot tub, bunk beds, and playing some new games. Great place to stay. Loved how clean it was and there was some updated furniture since last year.

We have stayed here 3 times now and every time the house is clean and well stocked. The location is perfect if you have kids that enjoy the park.

This was our 2nd stay and it was perfect for our family. House is just as advertised, owner is very responsive before, during and after our stay.

Our stay was fine, we recommend replacement of the stained carpet in the entry with LVT or similar.

Everything was as advertised. It was a great setup for two families with young kids.

My family and myself stayed a week at this house. Great location. We had a great time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Already booked again for next year!

We loved this home! The homeowners were very communicative and helpful. We had three generations staying there and everyone was very satisfied with the accommodations. I must say, the ping-pong table and hot tub were truly a bonus during our cold and snowy day!

The process was easy. The house was just as described. Loved the layout. Everyone had privacy and lots of room to move around. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Garage full of bikes, ping pong and other outside goodies. We had a snowy weekend so we stayed inside to play games at the spacious dining table, watched football on all of the TVs. We had a great time with daughter and grandkids ages 13, 11 and 9. We would choose this house again!

Small snafu at check in was quickly rectified by the owner. Excellent host communication. This property was wasted on three adults. The location is directly across the street from Fort Rock Park play ground and pickle ball court. We only used two out of three bedrooms and appreciated the layout. The home feels larger than the square footage suggests. The home comes with rec center passes we didn’t use and wonderful amenities in the garage. This is a home that would be perfect for those bringing children. I plan on being my family back here. Enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

We had an amazing time at this property. The hosts were quick to respond, check in was a breeze, and the house was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the use of the very clean and new hot tub, as well as many options of bikes for cruising around the resort. The house is literally across the street from Ft Rock Park, so it was extremely easy access to that area. I would definitely stay here again!
