This is a newly-built 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with modern furniture & appliances. You can expect an open-concept space, where the living room, dining and kitchen flow into each other.

EACH room (all bedrooms + living room) has an AC unit, ceiling fan, smart TV and Netflix profile. ⚠️**See the details of each room below:

Bedroom # 1 (Master with en-suite):

We know that you want to come home to a relaxing space after road trips & excursions. Therefore, we designed and furnished the rooms with your comfort in mind.

Specifically, when you book with us, you will have access to spacious rooms with A/C, plenty of storage space, Wi-Fi, smart TVs with Netflix, bluetooth devices, charging ports galore, a fully-equipped kitchen and many other amenities (listed at the very bottom of the description)! You may also want to hang out in the backyard oasis or breeze out on the front porch.

In addition to basking in the comfort offered, imagine waking up to hot & tasty breakfast prepared by our Personal Chef! All you have to do is create your daily menu from the various meal options that we provide.

POOL-LOVERS
During your stay, we also welcome you to take a swim in the larger shared pool (never crowded; only one house away) or in our small, private backyard pool.

BEACH-LOVERS ️
If you are more of a beach person — we’ve got you ‘COVE’red as we have pre-arranged access to ‘The COVE Beach Club’ for 6 guests!!! This means that up to 6 guests can enter the Beach Club for free! ⚠️**You would be required to pay for any additional persons in your group. We also provide beach towels… so don’t be overweight with towels.

DINNER⁉️
Before we close out, we encourage you to dine out at nearby restaurants or DINE IN AT HOME. If you are interested in tapping into our Chef Services for dinner purposes, kindly note that dinner is NOT included in the rates & requires special arrangements at least 1 week before arrival. ⚠️**Extra fees of $50 for chef service/dinner preparation, **plus a one-time grocery shopping fee of $30, **plus the co$t of the ingredients which would be estimated, based on the menu agreed upon with the chef (conditions apply).

•We are located near Scotchies which is known for jerk chicken, pork & other Jamaican dishes. Scotchies offers rustic dining and is walking distance away—if you don't mind a little walking—or only 1-2 mins drive away.

•We are also walking distance from KFC, Starbucks, Pizza Hut & Sakura Express.
The Knutsford shuttle (which operates from the MBJ airport) is at the same location/the same plaza. ⚠️**MBJ Airport is 1hr & 30mins away.

•You will be +/- 5 mins drive from Dunn's River Falls, Mystic Mountain, Dolphin Cove—famous attractions which are all located near each other—and many other must-see, must-do locations & activities. **We recommend that you plan excursions (eg. Chukka Adventure, White River Tubing, and Blue Hole) before you arrive.

•You can also do a Kingston tour which I can help you to arrange! A Kingston tour may include some of the following places:
Bob Marley Museum, Devon House, Emancipation Park, Port Royal (Pirates of the Caribbean vibes) & Downtown Kingston.

⚠️**Kingston is 1 hour away via the toll road/Jamaica North South Highway. The Norman Manley International Airport (KIN) is in Kingston and is also an option to consider when booking your flights.
