Location: Villa Palma is located in the ChampionsGate area, providing convenient access to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld, shopping, dining, golf, and other Central Florida attractions.

Important Stay Information

Parking: Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles in the designated area in front of the home. Between 12:00 AM (midnight) and 7:00 AM, parking on community roadways, pedestrian walkways, or other restricted areas is prohibited. The community strictly enforces its parking regulations, and vehicles parked in violation of community rules may be towed at the owner's expense.

Pool & Spa Heating: Heating is available upon request for $35 per night, with a 3-night minimum, and must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in. The pool and spa share the same heating system and cannot be heated independently.

BBQ: BBQ grill use is available for an additional $50 per stay.
