Near DC Single Fam 3 Bdr Home in Springfield Va

Beautiful home, very spacious and clean. The owner went out of his way to decorate for Christmas to make it more homey, which my toddler loved. Quick communication response when needed and very accommodating. Highly recommend, and we will be coming back for more stays in the future!

The house was nice, clean and cozy. There was a low battery alarm when we reached home but it was cleared up within 24 hours. The office space had couple of desktops, very helpful since I was working remote one of the days. Plethora of places to eat within five minutes drive. Highly recommend this place.

The property was nice and clean, the A/C blew cold and was nice and cool when we arrived. It was stocked well enough and was nice and quiet. We will use again when back in the area.

Loved this house, felt very comfortable during our stay, close to shopping and very nice outdoor screen gazebo with charcoal grill.

Communication with owner was great. This is one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed at. The beds and actually all the furniture was very comfortable. We loved having a place we could go and relax at after long days of sight seeing in DC. The metro station was close and easy to get to. Neighborhood was well maintained and quiet. We really enjoyed this stay.

This rental was very clean and in perfect location. About 25 minutes from Reagan airport, and about 30 minutes to all the DC attractions. Very quite neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. It has a treadmill which was a bonus if you would like to exercise. Washer and dryer was useful, and having 2 bathrooms was great. We would definitely stay here if we come back to Washington DC. We had a great stay!

We were in Washington DC for a family trip and this property was perfect for us! It was very clean! The covered car port was a bonus and the neighborhood was really safe! It was about a 10 minute drive to a metro station which was very convenient. Angel was very responsive! We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! This house is located in a quiet area yet very convenient to restaurants, shopping and the Washington DC area.

Property manager was nice and easy to work with. The very small house was in an ok part of town but the 4 work trucks that parked in front of the house each night was a bit unwelcoming. The main issue was the heat. The 3 bedroom were burning up and the living room and kitchen were very cold. The bonus room did not have heat at all and was unusable. I do not think I will stay again at this property. It’s not bad but I would prefer a nicer property for a vacation.

We were visiting family in the area and prioritized having a fenced yard for our dog. This property was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen appliances all worked; the Wi-Fi was good. We walked the dog around the neighborhood, which seems safe and pleasant. Communication with the host was prompt and not intrusive, despite my being unable to load the trip in the VRBO app.

A great space that is conveniently located. Easy access to every location you would want to visit in the Northern Virginia and DC area.

Great place to stay for the Solheim Cup 2024 and its proximity to the Washington DC area is fantastic! Stayed a couple of days extra to enjoy the DC area. What made this home location even better was it is located about 2 miles from the Metro Station. We extensively used the metro for our travels in and around d the DC area.

It was a wonderful time spent at the house in Springfield, VA. Upon arrival, I was able check in by using the keypad. Once my family was in, it was a place of peace and tranquil. We had everything that we needed and more. Our family, including the dog, enjoyed the backyard. There was 2 bathrooms. That was a plus for me with 6 people in the house. We washed our laundry before we left since we still had 2 days before coming home from vacation. I'm grateful to be able to find this home instead of staying at a hotel for a whole week. The beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. All the stores that we needed were about only 5 minutes from the home. The train station to DC is within 10 minutes. Overall, I would stay in this home again when I make my next trip to DC. Thank you Angel for your home and everything that you did for me and my family.

The house is located perfectly for a visit to Washington DC. And very close to the metro rail line. The amenities were perfect. The house looked just like it did in pictures. The Host was very accommodating, answered all questions and made recommendations for places to shop and have some dinner. Thanks!!
