Stayed Oct 11, 2025An overall, excellent experience. Visiting our son & his family nearby (Sterling Grove), during the days, we enjoyed watching our 2 small grandaughters (ages 4/6) enjoy the pool while their parents.were at work. Would be a.regular renter.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025I loved this house! Perfect size and pretty pool are big pluses. This house is in a real (not age-restricted) neighborhood, so there are dogs, children, and noise—just like real life. Maid service was a happy surprise. Lots of backyard privacy and some actual grass! Only drawback for me was not having access to the garage.

Stayed Feb 20, 2025The place was awesome! Kimberly and Liberty made us feel really welcome. We didn’t know how to operate the new keurig. Kimberly was so knowledgeable about the coffee maker and spent 10 minutes patiently walking us through it. (I’m slow ). They have kept the place updated and have a new giant tv in the living room and a newer gas grill which we used every night. Kitchen had everything we needed and wanted!We unconditionally recommend Kimberly’s place!

Stayed Feb 13, 2025Great location to Surprise Stadium .. house well equipped. We needed something repaired and it was responded to and fixed very fast! Would be nice to go when warmer to use the lovely pool but college ballgames we go to are in February! Would stay here again.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024the house was better than advertised. We were very satisfied with the house. It was nicer than the pictures showed. the living area, bathrooms and bedrooms exceeded our expectations. The pool was very nice and clean. the property managers were very responsive and got us everything we needed.
