NAVIGATION POINT at Seaside Beach: OCEAN FRONT

Things I loved…the view first of all. The inside of the home was spotlessly clean, the kitchen and first floor bedroom and bathrooms had phenomenal cabinetry, the kitchen refrigerator and separate freezer and wine frig were huge, the dining room table fit all of us, the living furniture was very comfortable and good quality, the art pieces, pottery and photos around the home were interesting and beautiful. Things that need to be addressed….the fan, as well of one of the lights on the stove doesn’t work, the lock on the main shower doesn’t lock, the outside electrical outlet doesn’t work, none of the showers contained any shampoo or conditioner, the quality of the paper products did not suit the quality of the home , and the biggest complaint, because we are a family that enjoys cooking and eating together was the dishwasher. It has power, but no water. Washing, drying and putting away 10 dishes every night was not a great start to the evening. I mentioned that the inside of the house was spotless, but the two outside grills did not share this distinction. They were filthy. The greatest joy however was the fire pit, which we used and loved.

Was a beautiful place and an amazing location. So nice that they also allowed pets. Only thing that could be improved is it wasn’t particular well stocked. Plenty of things to get by in the kitchen, but not many extra towels or blankets. Overall an incredible stay though, would absolutely go back!

While the quirky fun character of the house was enjoyable, the ocean view is the reason we didn't want to leave. We lost count of our beach walks on Day 3. Can't wait to come back.

This house, view and beach access are wonderful! It is even more spacious than it looks in photos. We had a cozy and very comfortable stay with three generations of family.

House size was good for 4 adults and one child without feeling cramped. One bedroom was on basement level that nobody used. Two bathrooms on main level with a shared walk-in shower. Two bathrooms on upper level each with their own showers. There are no bathtubs.

We've stayed at this house multiple times and always have a great time. It's a really beautiful house!

We loved the property. It was a delightfully unique beach house. The view was amazing and you felt like you were in a movie with the sunset's and the sound of the ocean at night. The size was perfect for our stay. My significant other and myself, my sister and brother-in-law were the primaries. We had our adult children and their families join us for a couple of the days we stayed and it was perfect. The upstairs is it's own retreat and a perfect space for the children to have a play space away from the adults for awhile. The dinning room was a perfect family space with a large table that lended itself to some rousing family game nights! The property managers were wonderful and communicated with us throughout the entire process so I always knew what to do and who to contact if we needed anything. One small issue we had was that it got a bit hot on the main floor and we weren't able to figure out how to cool it down. Likely user error on our part, and it was unusually warm the week we were there, so that likely added to it. This is a place to truly enjoy and completely feel like you are at the beach. We would definitely come back. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!
