Stayed Feb 14, 2018Adelina and Josep made our three week stay one of the best experiences of our traveling life. We felt like were were actually home and immersed within the people and days of the permanent residents of Roses. The house is located in the center of Roses life, within easy (blocks) walk of the post office, many grocery stores, many bakeries, restaurants, ATMs, the police station, library and cultural center. If you wish to prepare a meal and eat in, everything you need is at hand for full dinners to outdoor barbecues. Sleeping is easy as the beds are very comfortable. Adelina and Josep even have provided bicycles (if you want to cruise the Roses seafront promenade.) Beaches and castles, historic locations and wildlife areas are all easily accessible by the excellent road system in Catalonia. You will like it here. We did and plan to return....for a much longer stay!
