Nautical Getaway-Sound Front Home in Beaufort

Had family and close friends come up from Georgia to be here for the arrival of my first child being born. Everything was great and the house always a key part of accommodating family from out of town to be here for this special time! Thank you for everything

Beautiful home but the view is one like no other!!! Would rent again for sure! The inside is beautiful to but we spent most of our time outside and on the dock!!

This Property is absolutely Beautiful and sits on a huge lot on the Sound Side of Beaufort. The HOme is very spacious and full of built ins . The house description says it sleeps 6 However, there are Beds for 8 and a futon up a spiral staircase along with a reading area and Books. There is a Huge Deck on the Water side of the home that offers Beautiful Sunset views. Huge windows , Huge Bedrooms, Lovely Stonework Bathrooms with Vibrant Blues... I ablsolutely loved everything about this house and will definitely be reserving it again. Very Private

Once again, we lucked out with another outstanding VRBO property. We were very impressed with how the owners had carried the nautical theme throughout (eg yacht cleats for drawer and cupboard handles!). Well equipped with additional toiletries, towels, games, etc. We used the double kayak (a really good one) and the hot tub. Three couples were easily able to cope with two bathrooms (it had been a concern of mine). Wonderfully quiet, with great views over the water. Highly recommend.

Lovely setting both indoors and out. We wanted to kayak but the winds were quite strong while we were there. Enjoyed the porch and hot tub was a great place to follow behind our 18 month old grandson.

The house & views were beautiful. Spent a week visiting our daughter & son in law (marine stationed @ Cherry pt.) The location was perfect & everything about the house was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home. Very well made. I accidentally found the owner of the property who was super friendly and helpful and got us in. A storm had taken out the tv for most of my trip but it was repaired and I was able to stream Netflix from my personal computer so it wasn’t really a problem. I will return to this home in the future. Would make a great girl’s trip spot.

The property is absolutely gorgeous, amazing view and so peaceful. My only suggestion would be a white noise machine or fan in the master bedroom for those who can't sleep with complete quiet. With that said, the quiet was also very nice, and relaxing. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot!! Will definitely be visiting there again!!

We had a wonderful time at the house. The house was super clean. Everything worked great. One suggestion is they need to upgrade their info on the site. They have a lot more good stuff than the web. Kitchen tools, kayacs, hot tub and so on. We just loved everything.

My kids and I had a lovely stay at Nautical Getaway. House was very clean. As other reviews have indicated, the wifi and range don't work very well, and the kitchen is sparsely stocked, but otherwise everything was terrific. For those curious about the dock/water situation, the dock has steps down to warm, shallow (maybe 5-6' at high tide) river water.
