Stayed Jun 1, 2025The property was perfect for our friend/family vacation. We were able to comfortably fit 4 adults 2 teens and 3 littles. The house is on a quiet street close enough to walk or use the golf cart to get to the community pool beach access is a short golf cart drive. Loved the stay and Erin was the best host.

Stayed Mar 22, 2024We loved this house! We traveled with one other family and the house had plenty of space for us. The house is right next to the sand volleyball courts. Our toddlers loved the sand! The sheets in the house were better than other VRBO’s I’ve stayed at. The kitchen was well stocked. Great porch to take off sandy clothes/shoes. The location was wonderful. We gained more house space, but the drive to 30A wasn’t bad. My only complaint would be the golf cart. We would have loved to know how far we could drive on a full battery(we were a little nervous of getting stranded). Lastly, our group was 4 adults and 4 kids. We really should have rented an extra golf cart. No fault to the house though, just a learning experience!

Stayed Jul 14, 2023We’ve been to this area over the last 10 years and this was by far our favorite rental. The house was very clean and our family of five had plenty of room. Erin was so quick to communicate and excellent to work with. The provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and the golf cart were wonderful to have. The kitchen was also very well stocked. Great week in a great house!
