A large decked area atthe rear of the house, together with BBQ and garden furniture makes this house perfect for al-fresco dining on summer nights, while a log burner means that guests can enjoy a cosy night in by the fire in the cooler months.

The property is pet-friendly (pets allowed downstairs only) and includes an EV charger.

Whilst this property is fully completed, there are some properties nearby that are undergoing construction in various phases. The prices for this property reflect this and bookings for this property are made on the understanding that you will be able to see and hear construction, machinery and workers from 0730 to 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300 on Saturdays. Please do abide by any signage relating to construction areas. 1. Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
2. Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
3. Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate

House Rules
1. All our properties are non-smoking.
2. Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
3. Please utilise the parking spaces provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
