Nature-Preserve Enveloped Sag Harbor/East Hampton Home, 5 BED, 5.5 BATH, POOL

We had a relaxing time on our vacation! This was a last minute trip and had an easy time booking. The house is absolutely beautiful and private! A lovely serene neighborhood. Any questions we had were answer right away. Very accommodating to our needs. We spent our days going shopping, laying on the beach, and enjoying wineries!

We loved our 2 weeks stay in this property. The house is spacious and well equipped - it had everything we needed and could hope for -- a well stocked kitchen, a large grill, a handy outdoors fire pit, a Sonos system with speakers inside and out, and of course a great pool and back lawn. The area is very private and quiet (almost secluded) and Sag Harbor town is just a few minutes away. The host, Jason, was wonderful! communication was quick and easy. Thank you for making our vacation so special!

House was perfect for our family - very private, beautiful back yard, immaculately clean and very convenient to both Sag Harbor and East Hampton / Wainscott, etc. Jason was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

This place in East Hampton is an absolute gem. The house is incredible private and spacious with en suite baths in nearly all the bedrooms. Its equipped with everything you need for a great family vacation - amazing pool, multiple outdoor decks, great furniture, working grill, and an awesome fire pit! The key to this rental though is the owner. He was always available if we needed anything and easily accessible to provide key details on the rental. If you're looking for a great family rental, never hesitate here - we're hoping to come back!

My family & I had the pleasure of staying this past week at Jason's beautiful home in East Hampton and we cannot say enough good things. We have been renting throughout the Sag Harbor/East Hampton area for years and this was by far our favorite rental, we truly felt at home.The house was crystal clean, everyone in my family is germophobe so we always get nervous about renting (like most people), but Jason keeps the house meticulous. The location of the house was perfect for us only a 10 min drive to the heart of Sag Harbor or East Hampton, with close proximity to EH airport to cut through to access Montauk Highway. Jason's pool is where we basically lived everyday, its a huge 20x40 gunite pool that gets direct sun for most of the day and it easily accommodated our many rafts! The house is equipped with a Sonos speaker system throughout the kitchen and downstairs living area (just wish there were speakers outside by the pool area),but it was such an amazing perk to have! The specifics: 5 bedrooms all with Queen size beds (+ an additional twin bed in the studio which was great!) All rooms had their own en-suite facilities which was fantastic, plus a convenient bathroom off the kitchen. Massive Pool Surprisingly good WiFi service/cell reception throughout (if you're familiar with the Hampton's you know this is a rarity) The Cons: If you could call it anything No Keurig--my family lives for coffee and the drip coffee pot wasn't doing it for us. No TV's in bedrooms, not a huge deal but nice to unwind with Overall, we LOVED Jason's house, if you're thinking of renting- DO IT, you will not be disappointed! We are already looking forward to our next trip back to Jason's home!

We stayed in this home for the first 2 weeks in July and absolutely LOVED it! It is perfectly located with close proximity to all towns, especially Sag Harbor and East Hampton, yet tucked in on a private road with nature and beauty all around. The house itself is very large, airy and spacious, outfitted well with all that you will need. We were 3 couples and felt like we all had space for ourselves. The outdoor pool and garden are spectacular and uber private. Its owner was so nice and helpful leading up to and during, making our stay super comfortable and relaxing. We just bought a home nearby, but had we not, we would have rebooked for next summer immediately. Thank you! ~Ronen & Sara

This was our first experience with HomeAway. We rented this house last minute for a Family Wedding in East Hampton and were extremely happy. We had 4 adult and 2 children. My children biked on the hiking trails behind the property to Sag Harbor (we walked) and played basketball in the front driveway. The house is complety surrounded by trees and down a long driveway with no neighbors. The pictures/description do not do the house/location/surroundings justice. The house was extremely clean, very comfortable and welcoming. There was a cozy library for reading as well as a sun-room depending on your mood. The large kitchen, dining room and family room all communicate making the space great for hanging out as a group. We did not use the pool because of the weather but enjoyed watching the deers and turkeys walk around the property behind the fence. There was a BBQ on one of the back decks overlooking the pool and we were able to BBQ in the mist by opening the motorized awnings. The owner, Jason, was very responsive to our questions and made our check-in/check-out seamless. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it to others.
