Stayed Apr 23, 2026Here are the things we found unacceptable:Dead rats in garage-one was disposed of by us and one is still thereOverall lack of cleanliness:Trash in garage bathroom was not emptiedUpstairs bathroom had hair all over of the floor upon arrivalHair on sheets on some of the bedsDried poop in toilets as if they had not been cleanedDirty silverware in drawerDirty/stianed pillowTowels in upstairs bathroom were next to the plunger Dried toothpaste/gel in drawersDusty shelves in closet-could not useLack of blankets/frayed/holey blankets (bought one to stay warm)Blind in master bath does not come all the way down and with the shower being an open shower uncomfortable showering where the whole forest could seeSeptic backed up causing a shower/toilet clog in the master bath anytime too much water was used at once Mattress in upstairs queen bedroom was unacceptable (like hard plastic) and bed squeaks every time you moveOutlet cover and plastic tiles on the wall falling off in upstairs queen room While this house looks beautiful from a distance and did have some great spaces for a large family. Save yourself the hassle and money and choose somewhere else.

Stayed Dec 30, 2025We Loved Our stay @ Mtn Views: Family Home , It has plenty of space for large family with Large Kitchen & Living Area , The area around is also Very beautiful, You will wake up in the Morning with Mountain View’s, Almost all rooms has great views . Our host Travis is also very accommodating and responded quickly on any queries we had . Also Gas , Groceries and Restaurants are in 10 minutes . We visited Greer and Sunrise Ski resort which are only 30 minutes away . Note : If you are using google map then do not take Left Turn from N main St to E 7th St (last one mile in town of Eagar ) as it will lead you to a private property between 7th and Juniper St , instead Pass 7th St and continue Straight and it will re route via water canyon rd which is correct .
