Nashville ideal group getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was very clean, and the listing description matched the property exactly as advertised. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and places to eat within walking distance, which made our trip even more convenient and enjoyable. The guide provided by the host was also very helpful and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area.We especially loved the top-floor deck and the amazing view. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable, and the Nashville sign set against the city skyline made for such a fun photo opportunity. The decor throughout the home was beautifully thought out, and the attention to detail was impressive. The top floor also included a nice bar and coffee bar setup with glasses available, which added an extra touch to the experience.One thing to keep in mind is that there are quite a few stairs, just as mentioned in the listing, so it’s helpful to plan room assignments accordingly for your guests. The sofa beds were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and clean sheets were readily available.The checkout instructions were very clear and conveniently posted on the fridge, making departure simple and stress-free.The host was excellent throughout the entire stay — very prompt with responses, extremely helpful, and patient with any questions we had. Overall, we had a great experience, would absolutely recommend this property to others, and would definitely stay here again.

The property is extremely nice and well cared for. And the location is exceptional. My wife and I stayed with our two adult children for 10 days. They had to work on some days and the layout of the space allowed them to work while we relaxed - with neither bothering the other. We would absolutely book this again. Absolutely wonderful!

We had a fantastic stay at Good as Gold! The condo was more spacious than expected with plenty of room for our group of 7 to spread out. The kitchen was great for making quick meals and the large dining table was nice to have as well. The condo is well built and noise does not travel between rooms. Beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the area with lots of restaurants and things to do, very walkable. Quick note: if you use Uber, their map system takes you to an address near Music Row so be sure to clarify the specific intersection of the condo. I’d stay again and highly recommend Good and Gold!

Easy check in and timely communication with the host. The house was clean and had updated decor with plenty of space for 9 guest. It was great to have 4 bedrooms with each having a bathroom. Parking was assessable with permit for roadside and a parking spot in back. The rental close to local stores, bars and eatery’s.

Spotless, plenty of parking with the 2 passes. The kitchen had everything as promised. Location is great!

House was well equipped, host was great, there was a binder that explained the house, location, area dining, and attractions. The area was close to downtown attractions, while in a quieter, cute neighborhood. The location was great and the house was a cute place for our family of four to spread out and enjoy.

Good as Gold Rowhouse in Nashville was perfect for our group of eight. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it’s a short Uber ride from downtown hotspots like Broadway and the Gulch. The house was spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds with plush linens, and vibrant Nashville-inspired decor. The top-floor gathering space with a wine/coffee bar and outdoor patio was a highlight for late-night chats and pre-dinner drinks. Check-in was easy with a key code, and our hostess was quick to respond. With covered parking and ample street parking, it was convenient and charming. Highly recommend for a Music City stay!

Excellent location and fantastic home! We were in town for our daughter's pinning ceremony at Vanderbilt and it was wonderful to have this home within walking distance of Vandy, Belmont, shops, and lots of restaurant options. Kroger grocery store is 5 min drive. All of the Nashville favorites are a short drive 5-15 minutes. Loved having the different floors as we had some early risers and some night owls so everyone had a space to go without disturbing the others. House comes with starter stuff for kitchen and it was handy the grocery store was so close. House is as shown in the pictures, was very clean and in great shape. We were grateful for street parking permits as the parking spot was tight (but manageable) for the mini van we rented. Communication from host was fantastic. Easy check-in/check-out. We are sad we didn't find this home sooner for our many visits to Nashville prior and should we find ourselves back in town we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend this fun and amazing home!

Property was very clean with everything we needed. The location was great with easy Uber travel to downtown. Everything was outstanding. Highly recommended for groups of friends.

Plenty of room for our family, fun space upstairs for our teenagers, patio furniture too dirty to enjoy the patio area but everything else was great, tons of extra linens and nicest dishes and silverware not often found at a rental, such a nice surprise, decorated beautifully for Christmas, highly recommend

The condo was perfect for all us! We had 10 people in our group and plenty of space and bathrooms. It looked exactly like the listing and Christy was very responsive if I had questions. Would definitely use again.
