The Space:

Traveling with more than one family or a big multi-generational group Whiskey & Water gives everyone a real bedroom and a door that locks, split across two complete homes booked together on VRBO as a single reservation, so nobody's stuck on an air mattress.



Home 1 sleeps its share with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with 2 queen beds, plus a pull-out sofa in the living room for extra kids or late arrivals. Its rooftop deck has a fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor dining table, making it the home for the group that wants to cook out together.



Home 2 mirrors that same king, queen, and 2-queen bedroom layout with its own pull-out sofa, and adds a built-in makeup and getting-ready area for anyone dressing for a night downtown. Its rooftop deck holds the hot tub instead, with skyline views and lounge seating for soaking after a long day.



Spend the day out in Germantown and along the riverfront, grill dinner on Home 1's rooftop as the sun goes down, then wind down trading between the fire pit and the hot tub while the skyline lights up.

It's a stretch of Nashville built for groups who want music, food, and downtown access nearby without staying in the thick of it

Rideshares reach downtown Nashville and the honky-tonks quickly from here, and the surrounding streets make getting around simple for a group with multiple vehicles or drivers
