Nashvilla - Private Neighborhood Beach, Private Pool, Gated Street, 4 Bikes

Perfect location, it is walking distance to everything we wanted to do. There is beach access but they let us know (once we were already on the beach) that you have to pay around 200 a day for chairs, and you are not allowed to bring your own - so you really have to pay extra to utilize the beach access. We were unaware with how strict this area was with guest. We had another group staying across the street, when they came to meet up with us they were met at the gate by someone telling them there are absolutely no guest allowed and that she would call the cops if they entered. It did not state anywhere in the rules that there were no guest allowed. The house also does not come with any beach towels or cleaning supplies so be prepared for that. We also had difficulty using the beach access pin pad. At one point it was not working at all and we could not open the gate. I had to follow up multiple times with the host to get an answer or help with this.Overall it is a beautiful house and great location - but these are some things we wish we knew before booking.

Overall - we enjoyed our stay. Positives: -Amazing location. Extremely close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, etc. - Nice to have the security of a gate and bikes were also a huge plus- Very Clean Home and all the basics.- Nice to have the pool although we didn't use it. Negatives:Having stayed at many VRBO's on 30A (and other cities), there were things that could really make it more family friendly, exclusive, inviting & special for the high fee. It has the minimums, but lacked the attention to detail, warmth, and anything above and beyond to make the stay more special - Small couch/family sitting area/Poor speakers on TV- small kitchen with challenging electric range and older warped pans- no spices other than salt/pepper. And they included only five coffee filters and a few sugar packets for five days.??) - No hand towel racks in bathroom. - No hand soap, Minimal cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels.Overall Clean, Sterile, and Basic. Just not special and welcoming like other places we've stayed at.

The management company was responsive and easy to work with. It was an easy walk to a private beach and it has a beautiful pool. The only downside to this house is that the HOA requires you to rent beach chairs, which can get pricey. You can't bring your own chairs, but other than that, this was one of the best homes we have rented over the past 5 years on 30A. Highly recommend!!

The pool is great, but the upper sitting area is not a hot tub. Water was plenty warm in the middle of summer! The house was clean and updated with all the needed essentials. The beach is a short walk and leads to a small private beach with much less crowds. You will need to rent the chairs and umbrellas from Longvue, but it was super convenient and the beach attendants were great. We will be back.

The house couldn't be in a more convenient location to the beach and town and private beach access was amazing. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and well kept. The management company was easy to reach out to and answered our questions quickly, we were even able to ship and store packages at their office before checking in, which is conveniently located down the road from the house. The beds were ultra comfy and having 4 full bathrooms was such a plus for 10 girls. The backyard was perfectly sized, the only downside was the small sitting section of the pool we thought was a hot tub was not. Check-in and out was convenient and all the information on the website was accurate and easy. All in we had the most amazing time and would 1000% stay here again!

One of the nicest beaches in the continental US. House was beautiful and within close proximity to shopping and restaurants.
