Stayed Jul 18, 2025check in was easy. kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies including two coffee makers and large frig. beds were comfortable. Great back yard to relax in after days on the beach. Easy drive to Newport. Host communication was excellent, including tip on Friday night music at Naragansett beach. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 15, 2025Great area - close to beaches and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle. The house was comfortable with a great backyard. AC units in each of the bedrooms for extra comfort. Easy communication. Great stay and would come again!

Stayed Jun 29, 2025This lovely home was spacious ,clean and very welcoming. The backyard was amazing. Host was very responsive. Great location so close to beaches and quaint town. We had a great time and would definitely return. Note air conditioning in bedrooms only, so the house can get warm, fans supplied by owner definitely helped.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025My family and I truly enjoyed our stayi in this space. The backyard was beautiful and the kitchen well-equipped. A great open area for the family to commune but also privacy when needed to settle in for the evening. It was easy to explore nearby beaches. We will definitely return for another beach vacation!

Stayed Jul 19, 2024We were very happy with our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. The backyard was awesome and provided space for our children to run around. The location and neighborhood was perfect for us and was more affordable than being right next to the beach.
