Naples Park Gem- 100% Guest Ranking, Huge Outdoor Spaces & Heated Pool

This was the perfect spot for a group of us college roommates celebrating our 60th birthdays who still think we are in college. The house was stunning. It was decorated by someone very talented. Every piece of this property was outstanding. The kitchen was a great open great room which was our gathering place for cooking together and having meals (and dance parties). The pool and cabana and outdoor bathroom was perfect for our group. The chases were large and very comfortable. They had so many pool floats so we all were able to float. The property is oversized and so great for a group. The screened in outdoor kitchen / living space was a great place for meals also. We used every ounce of this house. Not to mention its close to the beach! The host was available when needed. They were warm and welcoming and lived on property but were never in our space and encouraged us to enjoy ourselves. We sure did!

Property is tastefully decorated / yard is wonderful as is pool and pool toys for my grandchildren. Hosts very responsive to all my questions. What would improve the experience? Fully stocked kitchen cookware, better silverware, set of plastic dinnerware and glasses for the patio and a full set of kitchen cooking knives. A drying rack for bathing suits. Consider changing the queen bed for bunk beds and add a dresser/ closet in the small bedroom. Overall I loved the property and hope to return next year. Enjoyed walking in nearby Connor Park with my dog Bentley.Thank you Noah!

I rarely give 5 stars bit this place was perfect! Perfect location. Perfect house. Perfect hosts. The house is GORGEOUS both inside and out. We are looking forward to coming again!

Very nice place to stay. Clean, inviting. Short 1 mi walk to 2 beaches. Close to shopping and restaurants. Host was quick to answer any questions we had. We would stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful! Had all the rooms & bathrooms that we needed for our family. We all loved the open space and extra outdoor space, plenty of privacy if needed. The pool is amazing and has it's own pool house! Several extended family members had houses in the area but this one was by far the most attractive and comfortable. You can tell that there is effort made to host. We would definitely return.

Naples Park Gem is a lovely place, so spacious and comfortable! This home had multiple places, inside or out, to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee, have a conversation or stretch out and relax. The pool and yard were outstanding, with beautiful landscaping, comfortable lounge chairs and shade if needed. The location was ideal. We enjoyed walking in the area and especially to the beach at sunset. Need dinner options? The Mercato was a quick drive away. Need waves and sunshine? Hop on your bike, walk or drive. It was all easy.Noah provided excellent communication before our stay. As we settled in, we had some questions and he was always quick to respond. He was so friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Communication with Noah, the host, was exceptional—prompt, thoughtful, and genuinely considerate. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, soft linens, and very comfortable beds. Our young grandchildren especially loved the pool with splash pad and a shaded, covered area that was perfect for naps. The layout of the home was ideal, offering plenty of space to gather together while still allowing for privacy when needed. The gourmet kitchen had everything we could have wanted and more. After checkout, we accidentally left an item behind, and the hosts went above and beyond by shipping it back to us. That extra level of care meant so much—especially when traveling with young children. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home.

Great location with a wonderful very large backyard with a beautiful pool and landscaping. Rare find for a rental backyard. Large open living space with an open kitchen.

This property was exactly as posted! We were so comfortable with all amenities inside the house, not to mention it is beautifully furnished and decorated. Additionally, the beautiful fenced in backyard and pool area! If we are in town for another tournament we would definitely stay here! Great communication with host as well. Beautiful mile walk to beaches :)
