Stayed Jun 6, 2026The property had everything you think you could possibly need for your stay. Location was great. The pool was nice and refreshing and the property was very clean. Wonderful place! Would surely stay again.

Stayed May 30, 2026This house was more than perfect for our trip. There was plenty of room for lots of people, even though we only had three. We were impressed that there was a living room, a separate family room connected to the kitchen and then the patio with furniture set up and a tv outside. Great spaces and the two bath rooms were also very nice. The property was very clean and the pool was great as well. There were beach chairs in the garage, which came in handy for our couple of trips to the beach. We would definitely go back if in the area.

Stayed May 30, 2026This house was clean and spacious for my family and we were very impressed with the different separate areas to sit in (living room, kitchen area, and outside patio. The pool was very nice as well. If we return to this area we will highly consider staying here again.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025Kitchen was decently equipped. The reason for only 4 stars: The dishwasher wasn’t functioning and needed to be replaced, so we had to wash everything by hand for the entire stay. The new one came while we were in the middle of preparing for dinner on our last night, so we told them to just wait until after we left, to avoid further disruption. I feel we should have been offered some compensation for our inconvenience. Otherwise, the property was lovely and we would recommend it, now that the dishwasher has been replaced for future guests.

Stayed Oct 11, 2025We really enjoyed our stay, the home was exceptionally clean and well equipped for our needs. Literally a five minute drive to Delnor Wiggins Beach (which is awesome in its own right). We would recommend to friends and family.

Stayed Feb 24, 2025Property was clean, light and set up very well for our group of 2 couples that wanted to relax around the pool and have meals at the house. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The ability to walk about a mile to Vanderbilt beach as well as other nice areas was a plus. Closeness to Wholefoods, Trader Joe’s and other shopping or coffee shops was a plus. Easy drive to Naples 5th avenue. 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Will be back! .

Stayed Jan 1, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was as advertised and centrally located near the beach, shopping and numerous restaurants. The property was clean with a grill, well equipped kitchen and even had beach chairs and umbrellas. The owner Don and his property manager Bob were great. They were very responsive to any issues or needs that came up. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a winter Florida getaway.Joe S.
