Stayed Feb 1, 2026This is the second time staying at this home and we really enjoyed it once again. Location is great, the pool area is fantastic, beds are comfortable, and it is a great neighborhood for walking.

Stayed Feb 19, 2025This property is accurately represented in its posting. It is a spacious 3/2 with heated pool in the heart of the Naples Park neighborhood. While it is half of a duplex property, we never heard or saw our neighbors, so it felt very private. As shown in the pictures the property has not been updated for many years, but we found it to be very clean and comfortable and well laid out. The heated pool was delightful. We would recommend this rental for visitors to Naples Park.

Stayed Dec 29, 2024The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you could need and more. The sample coffees and shampoos were a nice touch. It also had beach towels and chairs for the beach. We came with our dog so we didn't walk to the beach, but we enjoyed the patio and walking the neighborhood. The neighborhood seems quiet except on New Years, but that was expected. Everything was very comfortable, the beds, bathrooms and the TVs. There are games and some great books under the TV. And there are TVs in just about every room.

Stayed Mar 25, 2024We enjoyed our stay in Naples. Alan was quick to respond to any questions. The home was clean with a great outside area, hot tub and pool. A very accommodating place to stay which is close to the beach.

Stayed Mar 12, 2024Place was just like advertised. Pool and hot tub was great along with outside seating area all screened in together! With outdoor TV! Kids loved it. Televisions in all rooms was a plus. Very clean and well kept up. Would recommend for a family with kids and even room for grandparents.
