ABOUT THE HOME: Welcome to Nacho Beach House! This coastal contemporary home located in the 30A Community of Inlet Beach is just the place for your next family getaway. With three bedrooms plus a bunk area, this home can comfortably sleep 10 people. The main floor has an open concept living, dining and kitchen space with an additional lounge, 1/2 bath and dining area on the outside patio. To get away from it all, head up to the second floor balcony and enjoy the remaining moments of the day on the cozy couch.

ABOUT THE AREA: Inlet Beach is conveniently located between Panama City Beach and Santa Rosa Beach which gives you many options for outdoor activities, dining, and entertainment. For a day of adventure, spend the day at Camp Helen State Park (next to Inlet Beach), where you have pristine beaches, a coastal dune lake where you can rent kayaks and new YOLO paddle boards or bring your own! There's plenty of parking, restrooms, picnic tables and much more. There is an entry fee of $4 per vehicle. After all the fun in the sun, there are endless dining options at 30Avenue Shops, Barrett's Square in Rosemary, and Pier Park in Panama City Beach.

BEACH ACCESS: At the end of North Orange Street is Inlet Beach. One of 30A's best beaches where you have space to spread out as well as important amenities like parking, bathrooms, showers, and lifeguards in the summer season. It's also easy access via a ramp so no stairs to climb.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

    My family and I had a great stay after we were able to get our car that were towed. I would recommend to let people know during the check-in process that if you have more than two cars that you can’t park on the street between 12 am and 6 am. Otherwise your car will get towed and you can't park at the pool either. Usually, there is a place for overflow parking, not in the area. The place is very relaxing, I enjoyed sitting upstairs on the balcony. When we had a problem with the bicycle lock, someone came over and gave us a new lock. I appreciate the quick response. We were able to have guests over for dinner with no issues. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We will definitely recommend this house to people.

    Great place for a quick get-away with family prior to school beginning. Last minute trip and was very thankful to find this gem of a house. Our family loved it and suited our needs for (3) adults & (4) kiddos. Would definitely recommend. Communication with 30a BeachGirls was top notch, even gave us a free bonfire night. Very helpful & responsive. Was also able to work in a mini photo shoot with the Grands thanks to their recommendation. Top notch staff with responsiveness & recommendations of the area.
