Stayed May 13, 2026The place was convenient to downtown area, restaurants, live music and golf. The host let us check in early which was much appreciated. Turns out the pool was heated and host came over and turned it on without us having to ask him. The kitchen was very open and nice. I would recommend this property and host to anyone thinking of visiting Fredericksburg area.

Stayed Dec 12, 2025Our Host Craig was awesome! He was very responsive if we needed something and he took care of everything we needed. The house was perfect with enough space for our larger group of 6 and everyone was pleased with the stay. House was clean and well supplied. We will definitely stay at the Happy Place again! Great experience.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025We had a great stay in Fredericksburg. The house is very well located - we walked to Main Street multiple times. Additionally, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and the house was very clean. The owner also supplied floaties for the pool, which added to the experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025The house was beautiful and in the perfect location. Beds were comfortable and the house is very nicely decorated. Homeowners are very quick to respond to any questions and were very accommodating to our needs. The yard is gorgeous! Beautiful view and amazing pool.
