The Space:

Welcome to this furnished, two-story home designed for a comfortable stay. Arrive to a detached home witha two-car garage, driveway parking, and a small front-entry step.



Inside, the main level opens into a bright living and kitchen area. The living room offers a large comfortable sofa, wall-mounted TV, and ceiling fan - an inviting place to relax after work or explore Nashville. The kitchen overlooks the living space and features a full-size refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, generous cabinetry, white countertops, and a large island with seating for three. A convenient half bathroom is also located on the main level.



One full flight of interior stairs leads to the upstairs bedrooms, office, and full bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a full bed, bedside tables, lamps, and closet storage.



The third bedroom is set up as a dedicated office with an L-shaped desk, office chair, and guest seating. It is ideal for remote work, studying, or keeping an extended stay organized; it is not an additional sleeping bedroom.



A second full bathroom includes a single vanity and shower. For longer stays, the home also has a laundry area with side-by-side washer and dryer. Blinds are installed throughout the home. Maximum occupancy is four guests.

You will have private access to the entire home, including the kitchen, living area, two furnished sleeping bedrooms, dedicated office, 2.5 bathrooms, laundry area, garage, and driveway.

The Neighborhood:

Located in a residential Antioch setting within the Nashville metro area, this home provides a practical base for extended stays. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, parks, and everyday services are within reach, while Downtown Nashville, Nashville International Airport, and Nashville-area employment and entertainment destinations are easy to access by car or rideshare.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle is recommended for errands, work, and exploring Nashville. The home offers a two-car garage plus driveway parking for up to four vehicles total on the property. Rideshare services are also a convenient option for trips around Nashville. Please follow all posted parking rules and local regulations.



Other Things to Note:

Please remove shoes. No shoes on carpet.



No oversized commercial vehicles. Vehicles must be able to park either in garage or in driveway.



The home accommodates a maximum of four guests. The third bedroom is a dedicated office and is not furnished as a third sleeping room.



No pets are permitted.



Please note that the home is not step-free. There is a small step at the front entrance, and one full flight of interior stairs is required to reach the upstairs bedrooms and full bathrooms.
