Stayed Feb 27, 2025Raul, the property manager, is awesome. Happy to quickly respond to any concerns and very friendly. The property is beautiful; pool, bar, gazebo - all awesome. The living room is pretty hard to access (in the room on the roof, and you have to go through a bedroom to get to it), but otherwise, the property is great. Word to the wise: It's a block from the airport so I def recommend taking a flight to BZE (90, beautiful, quick) instead of the ferry (22 30 taxi 1.5 total hours transport time). Both run on island time so keep that in mind.Second word to the wise: Try to correspond directly with Raul on WhatsApp; he's great. Whoever is responding to the VRBO messages is very unaccommodating.

Stayed Dec 13, 2019I didn’t know how far this would be from the center where you get off the water taxi. I recommend a golf cart or taxi. The property is just down from the airport and is safe and quiet around you. We love Caye caulker and will be back.

Stayed Dec 13, 2019The concierge was very nice to work with and was accommodating to our large group that arrived early. Rent a golf cart or catch a taxi, was too far to walk, even for me and my husband who are very active and healthy. With the heat it’s just unnecessary to sweat that much and the golf carts are not too expensive.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We rented the whole unit for a large family. The pool was fantastic and it was nice there was a locking gate to the property. It was quiet and the views from the roof deck were fabulous. Wasn't really seats/chairs or other ways for the group to gather at the property though.
