Stayed Jan 18, 2024Before I get into the issues with the property itself I would like to say the Host was extremely nice and attentive, anything we needed he provided down to a standard coffee pot with filter and coffee vs the single cup Keurig provided. We loved the layout of the property as well. Upon first entering the house everything appeared clean until you touched the countertop and discovered a nice layer of dust. We found this throughout the house in different places. The outdoor furniture definitely has seen some better days. The hot tub cover is falling apart, the patio set under the canopy tent is falling apart one section we were hesitant to let any one sit on, the fire pit was a safety hazard as it was literally falling apart, the griddle and burners on the outdoor kitchen were completely inoperable, the grill needs new burners. Moving down to the lower deck, some of the cushions on the furniture were desperately in need of replacing. The biggest issue of all was the black mold (you can smell it and see it) in the MIL Ste (leaky shower) and the bathrooms in the house. The bathroom that is shared by 2 of the bedrooms has a shower leak and you have to keep a towel on the floor to keep the floor from having standing water in it. A member of our party has CML and another MS. The black mold issue is huge as they have compromised immune systems, 24 hours after our return the person with CML had to go to the ER and has been diagnosed with bacterial pnuemonia caused by the black mold.

Stayed Oct 25, 2023Host, Jonathan, was very responsive to questions before arrival and showed us a few things around the property. Location was perfect for our needs. Close to beach, restaurants. Very clean house and property with all the amenities you need as well as comfortable beds! Beautiful pool. MIL accommodations were very appreciated. Everyone enjoyed the expansive outdoor space. Really wonderful stay. Thank you for hosting us. We would absolutely recommend this property and host and book again!
