PAST GUEST REVIEWS:
The house was much bigger than I was expecting. Plenty of space, very clean. It’s close to plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, just a few blocks away, so you don’t have to worry about finding/paying for a parking spot. Stayed here with a few friends and we all had a great time.

Mulberry Place was very spacious. We loved how it had a private little yard and it was close to everything. It’s only a few minutes away from downtown and close to everything else. We’d definitely stay again.

You will absolutely love Mulberry Place! Great layout for a family or small gathering of any type. Close to town and there are bikes to use to get there if you don’t want to walk or drive. Easy access to the highway and not far from Horsetooth Reservoir (a must see!)

My daughter, son-in-love, and I traveled from Houston to help celebrate my granddaughter's graduation from CSU with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering! After making the reservation, her sister and husband asked if they could join us after they flew in from Cleveland! THEN, their step-sister from Friendswood, TX, decided she wanted to be in on the fun we might have in this precious bungalow! So, we ended up with a whole house full, and the party began in earnest. We were able to pull off a catered event in Old Town for 30 of Guiliana's closest friends from this kitchen! As we left that final morning, my daughter turned to me and said: Good pick, Mom!
The location was under a mile from downtown FC. Very walkable. The homes throughout the area have so much character. 725 E Mulberry is a great place for 2 couples with or without kids. We really liked everything about this “charming cottage”. There were ample towels, great tv streaming. The home is on the corner of busy street but we dealt with it. Needed air in anyway. Lower level very quiet. Loved it.
This is a great little house and the location was close to all the places we wanted to go! There was plenty of parking space and it had everything we needed!
CSU move in, and this house was located minutes from old town and campus. Full kitchen came in handy and property manager was excellent in responding to questions. We had an issue with the door lock not working and they responded immediately and had someone come fix while we were out. Would definitely stay here again when in town.
This was the perfect place to stay when moving in our son to CSU. We felt very at home. The only drawback was that it is located as a busy intersection. But it was six minutes from his dorm and less than that to the downtown area. There’s also a walking path along the river within walking distance. Would stay here again.
Everything was fine. As many mention, the road is very noisy and busy but the property was good.
Great place for our family group
Upon arriving at the rental the cleanliness and lack of screens in doors or windows was not conducive to staying. The property manager found another rental that was wonderful.
My groomsmen and bridesmaids stayed here for our wedding. They enjoyed the property the short time they were there. Perfect location between downtown and the highway.
We were in Fort Collins to see CSU for our daughter. We use VRBO everywhere we go and we depend on these reviews for reliable places to stay. We loved this cute house! There was so much space and it felt so cozy. It is close to most everything, although, I don’t know that I would call it walking distance. I do want to note that it is on a very busy corner of two main roads. We didn’t mind because we weren’t there much, but if you are looking for a quiet and private spot- this isn’t it. We would definitely stay here again!
Sweet house for our family with great space for lounging, cooking and celebrating! The beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped for cooking and the foosball table was fun to use!
This house has a great location. It was clean and very well maintained. It is super cute!!
Nice place. Would stay again.
Easy access to everything from this property. Nice three bedroom place.
Adorable old house with everything you need. For 5 of us it was nice to have 3 bedrooms and enough space to comfortably move around. The only downfall is the location; it's located on a very busy, noisy road. The installation of double pane windows would definitely help block the noise.
Wonderful location. Host very responsive and pleasant
Great location and spacious 3 bedroom area!
We really enjoyed our stay at Mulberry Place. Great location that is easy to find and convenient for Fort Collins. The split foyer layout makes for easy sleeping arrangements for a family or two to three couples. We had the parents upstairs and adult kids downstairs. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was well-appointed. The entire place was clean. Was nice to have the washer/dryer. Never ran out of hot water. AC worked great. Enjoyed the two bicycles. All in all a very pleasant experience!
Close to everything you would want to see or do in Fort Collins, walking or leisurely pedal on a bike away from Colorado State University campus, Old Town, Downtown. Minutes away from the beauty and tranquility of the Cache Le Poudre river trail and the front door of the Front Range of the Rockies. Cool place to relax during the daytime. Only small neg is that it's location is right on one of the main thoroughfares in-out of Fort Collins and traffic (plus noise) can be a little bit too brisk for one's liking in the later hours of the night/wee hours of the morning. But the merits of this property far outweight that small matter. Would absolutely stay here again!
House was exactly what we needed while in town for a wedding. Great location, clean, and enough room for all of us.
Would definitely stay here again, it was a cute house, good space for hanging inside and large kitchen. Outside the fenced yard was perfect for keeping the kids in the yard. Road was a little noisy but we got used to it. We had a great stay!
My family and I stayed here for our daughter’s CSU graduation. You wouldn’t think much of it from the outside, but inside It’s an adorable house that is beautifully decorated. It’s also in a very convenient location to the campus and Old Town. The linens were high quality and we really enjoyed the complimentary bikes. Parking was plentiful. Stacy was quick to respond. It is on a busier road but we didn’t find it bothersome. I would stay here again if ever back in the FOCO area.
The house needed a good cleaning, and it was difficult to sleep due to the busy traffic and lights shining through the windows at night. This location has potential with some work and creative solutions!
