Host Susie was great!….Place was great.Quiet with nice Mountain View’s. Had all the bases covered with amenities and then some.!I would recommend for a fountain Hills stay.

This house is stunning! The pool with the mountain backdrop was breathtaking at sunset, not to mention a welcome escape from the Arizona heat!The home is well equipped, with so much space, and has ample stock of items you commonly need, including pool towels, books, games, corn hole game, sports rackets etc!It’s easy to get to, in a very safe community & the golf in surrounding area is awesome. As first-timers to Arizona, it was a great starting point for all the day tripping we did. Host was A+!Highly recommend!

This place was great. The home was beautiful, the property manager was communicative and welcoming. We had a wonderful time hosting a gathering of friends. We highly recommend this place.

Our kids lived in the heated pool. They had so much fun. We spent a lot of time in the yard. Loved the hot tub and fire pit. The house was very clean and spacious. So nice we could park in the garage. Fountain Hills is a nice area!

We absolutely love this place. This is our second year staying here and look forward to many more. The house is great with comfortable beds, plenty of room, and a huge kitchen. Out back there a very nice pool and hot tub with great views of the hills. Fountain Hills is a quiet town with little or no traffic. This is our go to spot for anything Phoenix.

Absolutely loved the home and property for our short trip to AZ. Great area, spacious and clean. The only small issue was having workers come to the home two of the days. Someone came to clean the pool and hot tub which didn’t take long luckily but the second day they had to come back to drain the hot tub. I’m assuming because of the chlorine. The smell was very strong and we weren’t able to use the hot tub. Even with that we highly recommend the home and would stay again.

Great place to stay in Sedona if you want the best view of the red rocks I was disappointed the pool wasn't cleaned and heated, but it was really cold out, so....

Great place, close to grocery store and restaurants. We’d stay there again if in the area. It had everything we needed.

Four guys doing a golf weekend. The house is great, with lots of room, ample seating inside and outside. Kitchen is well stocked. Grill outside is great. Fire pit outside is very cozy. This is the second time this group has used this house. Felt like we were visiting an old friend!

Second time staying here so that should indicate how I view this exceptional property. Everything was very clean inside and out as well as extremely comfortable. The AC does it's job very well and the home is well equipped with everything you will need. The owner is an excellent communicator and responds quickly. I highly recommend this house for couples or entire groups as it has plenty of room to spread out.

King size beds are such a plus! Twin beds are not setup as bunk beds like in pictures which was also a plus for us! Huge kitchen to make meals in! Beautiful pool! We really enjoyed our stay!

This comfortable, very clean home is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood just minutes from town. The amenities exceeded expectations as EVERYTHING needed is provided by the excellent, very communicative host. The AC cranks cold air, the pool was clean and inviting with a water feature to provide a relaxing outdoor setting. The backyard is private with plenty of space to sit and relax by two separate fire pits. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to grill or cook inside. Again, the home was exceptionally clean and comfortable, beds were great to sleep in. The host is 5 star, sent informative email prior to arrival and even texted us indicating house was ready before check in as cleaning was done early. The ability to park our car in the garage was welcome as temps were 110 plus. Having stayed at many rental homes we rate this one above most if not all after all things considered! We will most certainly rent again!
