MTM Premier, Close to Beach, Hot Tub, Fire Pit

Tried calling property management when we arrived, never answered. We did not stay! Filthy outside, filthy hot tub and fire pit way overrated!!! Demanding a refund!!!!

Great location and nice hidden gem, perfect for anyone visiting the National Park or looking for a relaxing getaway by the beach.

This was a great property. It was a close walk to the beach, toddler friendly, clean and had everything we needed right there. There are plenty of great restaurants in town and If you want shopping you can just go 15 minutes north to new Buffalo! We would definitely stay again!

Great visit to MI City

Property was great. Easy walking distance to the beach and Washington park.

This is a very nice place, a short walk to an excellent beach. We had a good time here. There were issues with ants in the kitchen and some leaking pipes. The host was very responsive and apologetic.

We stayed for a long weekend (2 adults - 3 children ages 13, 11, and 4). It was so close to the beach and had many amenities that made the stay wonderful.

We had a great time celebrating my daughters 21st birthday!!

Great location, easy 5 walk to the beach! Easy drive to restaurants and casino. Comfortable king size bed, very clean, and very responsive host. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

A super fun way to explore the dunes in comfort

The house was clean and in good condition. If needed we would stay here again. The location was great and we ended up walking to most of our activities. There was also plenty of room for all 6 of us. The address on the listing shows 212 but it is actually 218. Which isn’t far off but did lead to some confusion when locating the house. Also some communications with the owner were a little confusing. After calling I found out the answers I was receiving were AI generated. Wish I was informed of that at the beginning. It wouldn’t have been as stressful if I had known that when it was sending wrong information.

Spent the weekend up near Indiana Dunes. The house was ideal, in a cute town and close to the dunes. Would definitely stay there again if I made another trip.

Cute house and five minute walk to beach and park. The neighborhood deer a delightful morning greeting. Host was wonderful and made it easy to check in. My friend and I loved the area and our first experience with Indiana Dunes. Quiet neighborhood.
