Great place to Stay in Happy Valley

We stayed for our son's graduation, and this was a perfect place for our 8 total guests...big family room and big table easily big enough to hold all...host made everything very easy...check in and check out was a breeze. Lots of deer around, and great views of the valley...close to everything, but peaceful by the house. Thanks!

Fantastic location, close to everything including Beaver stadium but somehow still quiet and peaceful on a football weekend. Great yard, love the access to the hiking trail nearby and room for a big group to stay and enjoy each other's company at the great dining table, island and open kitchen. Very comfy recliners and beds. Our only criticisms would be that the water pressure was a little low, and it is a lived in house so you have to be ready for that. Overall just what we needed for a very fun homecoming weekend for two alumni couples and their teen/grown kids.

We had an exceptional stay at this VRBO for our son’s graduation. The house truly felt like a home away from home—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Its convenient location near the Penn State campus and local grocery stores made our trip even more enjoyable. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone. Highly recommend!

House was about 10 minutes from Downtown State College. Nicely situated away from traffic yet convenient enough to get into town or to Beaver Stadium. Check in was easy and if you are traveling with families it’s perfect. Big piece of property with enough room for three families with small children and a room for teens. All three families enjoyed the property and would definitely look to rent again.

Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable house with good price. Location is 10-15 minutes from most things but has an incredible view. Safe as well.

This property is in a great location maybe 10 minutes outside of Penn State University. The house was very clean, with every amenity we needed during our stay. the outdoor area in the back yard was nice as was the firepit area in the front. Would stay here agaun!!

My buddies and I were in town for a Penn State game and this place was perfect. We had 12 guys and had room to sleep everyone with a couple air mattresses. Highly recommended for big groups coming in for games.

Beautiful property perfect for large family or friend groups. Everything was as advertised and perfect for what we wanted, a large family trip for a football game and to visit our student son.

The house was very clean and was a good size for our group (9 of us). There were a few items that weren't perfect (dishwasher was broken, beds weren't super comfortable) Overall a very good place to stay for a Penn State football game. Close to the campus, very convenient.

We came to State College to drop our kids off for school and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The home is in the perfect location and you couldn’t ask for a nicer, more comfortable house in such a peaceful setting. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back!
