Stayed Jun 11, 2024Very nice little villa, it rained almost the whole time we were there so it was nice to have the extra space and not be stuck in a hotel the whole time. No one was in the other 3 units so we had the pool all to our selves which was nice. Had everything thing you need in the kitchen , plenty of towels. Would come again.

Stayed Feb 16, 2025Had a short stay, 3 nights. Kitchen and Living room are remodeled and nice. Plenty of kitchen items, etc. Location is good and walking distance to night life. Internet TV only with a YouTube account. Living room TV was not logged into account, so that was challenging. Master bed is terrible - center is sunkin deep. We should have paid closer attention to previous reviews regarding the bed. Hot tub is only on from 7PM till 10PM and 2 of the days it was not hot and the other day it was greenish and noninviting. Broken chairs piled in back yard by pool. For the money, we plan on looking for other similar priced places next year.

Stayed Oct 23, 2024Our unit was perfect and everything we needed. Location is a short walk to the beach and we were supplied with beach chairs and towels. Hot tub was a perfect end of the day treat.

Stayed Sep 1, 2024The location of the property was excellent, one block away from the beach & was also a central location for fun activities. The property itself needed a little love - there were holes in the walls covered up by electrical plates & tiny ants that had taken over the suite. The property says it comes with a washer but it didn’t work the entire time we were there (5 days) & I went to load the dishwasher for the first time halfway through our stay & that didn’t work either. You are also given ONE roll of toilet paper to get you through your stay no matter how long you’re there & you must buy the rest. I thought this was extremely greedy & really unpractical for guests since you can’t even buy toilet paper rolls that contain less than 5-6 rolls which would ultimately be a wasteful purchase. Overall the communication was good & didn’t smell dirty. Definitely needs some work.

Stayed Mar 29, 2024The location and pool were great. Very clean property. Unfortunately, the beds were saggy, and the bedding was not comfortable. Place is best for 2. Too small for two adults and two teens.
